12/03/2026: Excellent place! We tried the restaurant twice and really enjoyed the fondue, which was delicious and served with excellent charcuterie. We also tried the braserade, but were disappointed by how the meat turned black in seconds. However, the salads and potatoes were very good. You absolutely must try their amazing fries; we've never tasted such good ones in our lives! If you could send us some to Loir-et-Cher, please do! 😂 We found the desserts to be just okay and not homemade. Thank you for this discovery, and best of luck!

21/02/2026: For a business lunch, I found the setting really pleasant, with a slightly cozy atmosphere that made the place feel warm and inviting. As for the meal, I ordered the beef stew with pasta that was listed on the menu board, and the aroma was truly delicious; I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a very good experience, with just one minor drawback, for which the restaurant wasn't responsible: the noise from other tables was unpleasant and disruptive.

13/03/2026: We booked for the evening, and the experience began with a ride up in a snow groomer under a magnificent starry sky—already a magical moment. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome with a plate of appetizers and a glass of raspberry prosecco. Then, we enjoyed an excellent raclette, followed by a homemade dessert and a small glass of génépi liqueur to finish the meal. The return trip in the snow groomer was the perfect ending to this timeless evening. Excellent evening, warm welcome, and delicious meal. I highly recommend it!

21/12/2025: We were in the workshop area, a chic and understated setting. The cuisine was refined, flawless, everything was perfect, even the juices. The dessert was a lovely harmony of flavors without being overly sweet. A highly recommended restaurant.
