27/03/2026: Is not food for level 4,7 . Beef was acceptable. Duck was hard, mash potatoes was sour. I think, old.

26/03/2026: The atmosphere and service were perfect; we were taken care of flawlessly! A huge thank you to the servers and also to the chefs who treated us to a delicious meal!!

11/06/2026: On a small, airy square, you'll find a charming establishment with a warm welcome. The menu is short and concise, with meat taking center stage. That evening, a beautiful, generous rib of beef, cooked to perfection and served on a wooden board with small potatoes and three delicious sauces, made for a delightful meal. The wine list is attractive and well-chosen. Very reasonable prices in a very touristy area. I highly recommend it.

11/06/2026: A very warm atmosphere in a small square. A very friendly team, and beautifully presented dishes. Good Corsican white wine, and a charming waiter! Thank you to Mathieu and his team for their hospitality.

01/07/2026: I arrived at 9 PM today and was told, "Sorry, there are no more seats ahead of me." Honestly, there were five tables for two available. I pointed this out to the gentleman, and he said, "I know what I'm doing. I might be expecting customers knowing he's closing in an hour, so he's taking people for fools." Fine, but he should just tell me directly.

27/07/2026: We ate there a few weeks ago, ordered the daily special, and had a meal that exceeded our expectations. It was very elaborate and exquisite.

12/07/2026: What a nightmare! Everything was out of order: the wine, which was prominently displayed everywhere… no Breton galettes because there were no staff, no more green salad, no crêpes for dessert on the children's menu (only ice cream or fruit pouches, which we didn't get either), and an extremely long wait… because our voucher was lost… We had to ask for everything: bread, mayonnaise (make sure you specify that you want it homemade), ice cubes several times, even spoons! A complete farce! No compensation whatsoever… only a new waitress who arrived this week seemed genuinely interested in making up for the dissatisfied customers, as the owner remained in the kitchen, seemingly oblivious to what was happening in the dining room… so, €10.90 for 3 nuggets and a few fries… and deplorable service… we were generally quite satisfied with this establishment. But the lack of staff, a busy weekend… or whatever the reason… made the restaurant owners forget about customer service. It's a shame. Update your map!

12/12/2025: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not very convenient for public transport, especially since there are practically no sidewalks along the roads. The hotel is fairly comfortable but a bit dated. The restaurant is a bit pricey and offers limited choices. The spa is a major plus and very good.

08/12/2025: I only tried the spa, where I was kindly invited by my best friend. After paying our entrance fee, we went down to the spa and waited 10 minutes at reception before realizing that no one was coming. There were no more bathrobes available in the changing rooms, and no one to tell us anything. We took the two remaining bath towels and went around. There was no hot water for the herbal teas. In short, it was very, very poor! I won't be going back.

11/07/2026: Since the restaurant was taken over by the right owners, it's simply perfect! If you haven't been back since the change of ownership, you absolutely must. The welcome is warm, the owners are incredibly kind, and you immediately feel at home. We were served very quickly; we ordered meat dishes, which were generous and delicious. And what can I say about the dessert… The French toast is simply the best I've ever eaten! A true delight. We had a wonderful evening from beginning to end and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend everyone come (or come back) to discover this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

11/07/2026: What a pleasure to be back at La Rose! Since the return of the former owners, the restaurant has regained all its former glory. The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the dishes are as delicious as ever. You can feel their expertise and their desire to please their customers. The atmosphere is friendly, and you're guaranteed a wonderful time every time you visit. I highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: We came for a drink… and ended up staying for dinner after seeing the menu! And we weren't disappointed: the staff was incredibly friendly, and we had excellent baby squid (cooked perfectly) and delicious desserts (not too sweet). We'll be back…
