12/03/2026: A wonderful discovery this lunchtime at Le Grand Cry. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and was all smiles. A varied menu with excellent ingredients. Sunny terrace right at the foot of the slopes. I highly recommend it for a delicious lunch break.

11/03/2026: Absolutely filthy! Avoid at all costs! The level of filth in this establishment is unbelievable. Food waste is strewn across the floor from the moment you enter. Despite this, we stayed for a coffee. It's as if the owners of this place have absolutely no regard for even the most basic food hygiene standards. We strongly advise against this establishment, despite its excellent location. What a shame!

17/12/2025: We visited Cordes-sur-Ciel and were looking for a restaurant outside the historic center. We were so happy to have discovered this restaurant, just a stone's throw from the old town. The service was attentive, the dishes were refined and delicious, and the setting was so pleasant. We will definitely be back.

23/07/2025: The service and atmosphere were excellent. The flavors were spot on. However, we were a little disappointed by the amount of fish. At €25 for a plate of pasta with sea bass, we expected more than just a few small pieces at the bottom of the plate.

24/02/2026: Went there by myself looking to try out their Welsh and it was really good. I tried the Chti Menu to get a full tour of local specialties, best idea I had tonight. I paid 25 for starter/main dish/dessert which was pretty affordable but if you choose independently, it could get a little expensive. Service was really nice and fast, much appreciated. First floor doesn't have much space but you don't feel cramped, rather comfy, with nice vintage and wood decorations. They also have an outdoor terrace and another floor so there's definitely space for you to come and try out their specialties.

03/03/2026: We had the five-course menu in the evening. The amuse-bouche was a trio of pickled onions, smoked wild boar, and herbs on moss—nothing particularly stood out. This was followed by potato mousse with a wonderful consistency and lightness, a very delicate flavor, and a lovely sensory experience thanks to the tiny garlic croutons. The subsequent pickles—various pickled vegetables—were too acidic for my taste and not a suitable start to the meal. The catfish from the Rhine with vegetable broth, pine aroma, and radicchio was somewhat bland in flavor and too natural in its aroma. The main course was a very good cut of beef, accompanied by Jerusalem artichokes prepared in two different textures. Here, too, a bit more flavor would have been desirable. As preparation for dessert, an interesting "Eau de Plantes" infusion with a medicinal-tasting oil was served. Not sweet. For dessert, fennel with chocolate—a very tasty combination. The other small desserts were also very successful. The evening brought surprises with highs and lows; overall, all courses were prepared with great care and effort – however, there remained the feeling that the naturalness of the ingredients was emphasized too much and the aromatics were lacking.

Une équipe en salle merveilleuse grâce à sa femme délicieuse, avenante, professionnelle et si drôle ! Des produits frais, de qualité, du terroir avec des producteurs sourcés, tout est réalisé dans le respect ! Nous nous souviendrons très longtemps de ces ravioles de langoustes si légères et parfumées ainsi que de ces giroles cuisinées à la perfection ! Au sein de ce restaurant le show est assuré ! Installez vous et profitez, car un grand moment de plaisir normand vous attend !

03/03/2026: We were warmly welcomed by a dynamic head waitress. The meats were overcooked and disappointing, and the sauces were extra. The chocolate mousse was decent, the French toast delicious, and there was a wide selection of ice cream sundaes.
