06/07/2026: Very pleasant staff. A little disappointed by the prawns, which seemed more boiled than grilled.

04/07/2026: The food was good, BUT… We arrived on Friday, October 14th at 7 pm. The restaurant was practically empty, yet we were asked, “Did you make a reservation?” A strange tone and a strange welcome. For five people, the bill was €193. The waiter made a mistake (€83) (it happens) with his card machine. I paid without checking the amount. The owner, or rather, the “matron,” very unpleasantly came over to point out that €100 was missing! We were thieves… What a welcome… RESPONSE to your response… 1 - The €100 wasn't “just taking it,” it was owed to you! 2 - If we had wanted to be thieves, or almost, we would have left immediately and not stayed half an hour after paying. Learn some politeness and basic customer service. In your line of work, it's the bare minimum… Or go do something else. And judging by the comments, no one will miss you; you have a well-tailored suit! And it's true, it suits you very well. Go work at "Cerberus," it would suit you better 😂😂😂

23/06/2026: Stopped by this bistro near Place du Marché Saint-Honoré. The terrace is nice and it’s in a convenient spot, so it was busy as usual. The food was fine overall. The côte de boeuf and fries were genuinely excellent though, really well cooked and tasty. The prices are still a bit high for what you get.OK if you’re already in the area.

06/08/2026: Excellent bistro, perfect for lunch. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They sell scratch-off lottery tickets, and some of them even have winning tickets. Thanks again.

28/07/2026: The restaurant is very nice, well located, and easy to get to. The food is excellent! Perhaps a tad pricey, but the food is good, and the portions are generous. However, the service needs improvement! We had a young woman who was very unpleasant every time she spoke to us. When we asked her for information, for example, she replied by saying, "It's written down." So excuse me for not knowing the difference between a tuna steak and a seared tuna steak, for example. Even asking if our food was good was unpleasant. Unfortunately, they were also out of a lot of things that evening (no more straws, no more pineapple juice, no more regular Coke).

06/08/2026: Excellent time for dinner. We received outstanding service from the waiter who can now at least say "hello and thank you" in Wolof. He'll know who he is 🙂. Just so you know, "nagadef and djeredjef" 😅. The food is delicious. We'll gladly come back!

05/08/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The service was average and lacked attention to detail. Both the starter and the main course were excessively oily, and it was surprising that the same sauce was used for both the octopus starter and the bavette steak. On top of that, the bavette had a noticeable grilled fish taste, which was quite unpleasant. Even the drinks were disappointing: the Martini was served in a Ricard glass without an olive, which felt rather careless. Overall, the quality of the food and service did not justify the price. Sadly, it was not good value for money, and we wouldn't return.

19/07/2026: A great place for a quick dinner for two, served on open-faced sandwiches of Poilâne bread, topped with fresh and generous portions. The welcome is warm and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. The owner greets you with a smile. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. A wonderful place that I highly recommend, and where I will gladly return! The icing on the cake? The prices are more than reasonable.

29/07/2026: We are absolutely delighted that this restaurant has been taken over and is now open weekday evenings. In the heart of Écully, where the nightlife remains rather… “peaceful,” this is excellent news! It finally saves us from having to constantly venture out to neighboring towns for dinner. Laetitia is welcoming, dynamic, and full of enthusiasm. For a career change, it’s a resounding success! The atmosphere is simple, warm, and relaxed, without being stuffy, with a genuine human touch. As for the food, the dishes are delicious, homemade, and seasonal. The planned renovations will soon give the place a lovely facelift. A friendly and welcoming spot that we are very happy to have back in the heart of Écully.

From start to finish, I was delighted with my evening. The only slight drawback was the availability; I booked in February to get a table in July. But the wait was well worth it! Thank you! 🤩

10/07/2026: Very disappointed by our experience at Les Grands Buffets in Narbonne. We came as a family with our 4-month-old baby. What a surprise to discover that strollers are not allowed and that the welcome extended to families with young children is far from warm. The most shocking thing is having to pay €67.90 for a 4-month-old baby who eats absolutely nothing. I find this policy completely unfair and shameful. Charging an infant the price of an adult is incomprehensible. At that price, one would at least expect a little understanding and consideration for families. Unfortunately, we got the impression that children, and especially babies, are not welcome. I do not recommend this establishment to parents of young children.
