31/07/2026: The restaurant's decor is pleasant, and the atmosphere is nice. The service is a bit slow, with quite a wait at the beginning, but it improved as the meal progressed. Special mention to the waitress who was very pleasant and smiling. As for the food, it was incredible; the bone marrow was delicious, as was the beef tartare. If you're looking for something other than fries as a side dish, I highly recommend the mashed potatoes, which were very good. There were four of us, and we all agree that we must go back. The presentation of the dishes is lovely, the portions are decent, and the prices are quite reasonable, considering the quantity and quality of the ingredients, because yes, in addition to being delicious, everything seems to be homemade.

09/08/2026: A very warm welcome, always so friendly. The cuisine is varied and delicious, including mountain specialties, and all at a very reasonable price. The ingredients used are local and artisanal. The atmosphere is pleasant in a typical Queyras setting. The service is quick and always with a smile and kindness. You can go to Jamberoute without hesitation.

08/08/2026: As usual, this restaurant ticks all the boxes. Warm welcome, varied cuisine with excellent mountain specialties, generous portions, attentive service... The fondue au fontu was another delight. We'll never tire of it.

The welcome was very friendly, and we opted for the €70 menu, which was absolutely delicious, without a single flaw. The service was also impeccable. We highly recommend it!

The tasting menu is a great success, right up to the equally exceptional dessert. This recently reopened inn is already a must-visit. We will definitely be back.

28/04/2026: A wonderful thalassotherapy weekend! The staff was lovely! The meals were delicious, gourmet, and flavorful! The spa and treatments were perfect. We especially enjoyed the body scrub and massage, and the masseuses had expert hands. The seawater spa was so relaxing! We highly recommend Thalazur Arcachon! Thank you!
