15/03/2026: I already knew the place a little, having been there for work, but this time I brought my wife and son, and I have absolutely no regrets. My wife and son ordered a salmon pizza and a four-cheese pizza, both excellent. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, and you'd usually leave the crust on, but not this time. I had a ribeye steak, which was... wow, absolutely divine! So incredibly tender, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. My wife even asked if it was cooked to my liking, something you don't always ask in restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful meal. Keep up the good work! 😉

17/03/2026: Dinner at Terra Rossa, on the Place des Arcades in Valbonne, for 26 guests from Châteauneuf-Grasse, on the evening of the municipal elections. The context was unusual, but the experience offered by the establishment stood out with remarkable clarity. In this already unique setting, the restaurant, orchestrated by Laurent, displays consistent mastery: a precise welcome, impeccable management of a sizable group, and a perfectly maintained pace from beginning to end. Nothing is left to chance; everything flows with an almost effortless fluidity. In the kitchen, Micka, whether he intends it or not, composes a symphony of great precision. The dishes follow one another with elegance, generosity, and consistency, showcasing carefully selected ingredients. The balances are clean, the cooking perfectly controlled, and the whole experience exudes an impression of serenity and precision. Beyond simply dining, a certain gastronomic certainty emerges: a restaurant that reassures, impresses without being ostentatious, and consistently confirms its high standards. An address that unequivocally establishes itself as the reliable choice in the area.

05/01/2026: I had the opportunity to eat there with my family this weekend. The food was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it, the place was really nice, and the welcome was incredible. These days it's rare to find people with such kindness. I highly recommend it. All four of us were delighted.

21/12/2025: Finally, some good traditional cuisine!! They also offer more contemporary and refined dishes. The portions are generous and the ingredients are high quality. The welcome and service are friendly and have a touch of humor without being intrusive, which makes you feel comfortable in this restaurant that I highly recommend. A special mention for the beef tongue and the burger...! A sure bet in Nans-les-Pins with the added bonus of very reasonable prices.

The chef goes above and beyond for his customers, offering originality and professionalism, not to mention his friendly visits to each table. The welcome and smiles are top-notch. We always make sure to stop by Al Casita de la Farga whenever we're in Amélie.

04/02/2026: I can't say it was bad, but I didn't think it was good either! A coq au vin with, besides fries, salad, canned corn, and a piece of tomato that wasn't really in season—strange, isn't it?! For dessert, a raspberry tiramisu—it sounded tempting. The problem is, it wasn't really tiramisu at all! Out-of-season strawberries on top, whipped cream, and some kind of industrial raspberry coulis that tasted more like cough syrup than anything else! While the main course, apart from the salad which had no business being there, was quite decent, the dessert was really not good.

A superb, absolutely incredible venue with a huge terrace for summer meals overlooking the lake and two smaller rooms for the evening (photos). 04/03/2026: A short half-board stay at L'oustaou; the room was perfect, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very generous, and we were able to try several dishes from the menu, all of which were delicious. Highly recommended.

01/03/2026: We go to this restaurant from time to time and we've never been disappointed! The service is always superb and the food is excellent too. They often change their appetizers with very creative ideas. The atmosphere is great as well. A 10/10!

04/02/2026: For two years we've stayed in the chalets; the welcome was fantastic, and the accommodation was always clean and ready for sleeping. We'll be back next year! I highly recommend it.

28/01/2026: Everything went very smoothly, from the warm welcome on arrival to the key handover on departure. The Belle Fleurie apartment was ideal for us, as we were traveling as a couple with our dog. Although relatively small, it offers ample storage space for skis, boots, etc., in the entryway. For other clothing, there are several closets and a wardrobe. The apartment is in excellent condition. We highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: We stayed in this cottage and were very satisfied with the warm welcome, the well-decorated and very clean rooms, the good breakfasts and the varied dinners prepared with good products by Marie Laure. She treated us to rolls and brioches, homemade jam and desserts made by herself. We stayed three nights. Everything was perfect.
