11/08/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering duck à la Rouennaise… what can I say except that it was delicious! Everything was prepared right in front of us, a real spectacle. Special thanks to our master duck chef and his sense of humor… (a bit of a mechanic at heart 🤭). We had a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

04/07/2026: The food at this restaurant was genuinely good, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service we received from our waiter was completely unacceptable. From the moment we sat down, we were met with aggression and impatience. When I politely mentioned that I don’t eat eggs, he shouted at me and asked angrily, “Why don’t you eat eggs?” – as if I needed to justify a dietary choice. That is not how you treat guests. We were a table of 12, and when we asked for more butter, he told us to finish what was on the table first and only then would he bring more. That single platter was barely enough for 4 people, let alone 12. It made everyone uncomfortable and hesitant to take any, worried there wouldn’t be enough for others. Worse still, my main course was ruined due to his mistake, and when I asked for a replacement, he refused flat out. No apology, no attempt to make it right. This is not hospitality – this felt more like an army canteen. We left feeling frustrated and embarrassed, and we will not be returning unless there is a serious change in how customers are treated. Such a shame, because the kitchen clearly deserves better representation.

The service, the food, the special birthday cake—everything was perfect! Thank you so much for this wonderful surprise, which will remain a cherished memory for my parents and our guests. 17/08/2026: It's a shame, I really liked it and often recommended it... It's sad when such a place deteriorates in terms of hygiene... there were three of us... and we all had diarrhea during the night. Then the quality dropped and the prices increased: the "ke soif passe nais" (que thirst pass nais) at noon, the simple menu that brings you sweet and sour meats, and the weekend menu has clearly deteriorated in both quantity and quality... the shredded meat... many people came for that... has disappeared, and why? Yet, a very simple and digestible dish for lunch when you're working... Rossini was a disaster, twice... not sure about the foie gras... Finally, the price of a glass of wine was exorbitant. We'll definitely come back if we hear they've made some improvements. But don't forget that at lunchtime, word of mouth is key in offices and businesses. We might regress, but it's not fatal if we correct things. Go back to what you used to be. Good luck. Florence

15/08/2026: A must-try whenever I visit Toulouse 💜 The gratin is exceptional, the meat is perfect, and the honey sauce complements the meal beautifully. The waitresses are fantastic, as always! Don't hesitate! (And order the gratin!!)

31/07/2026: We never expected such a pleasant surprise when we stumbled upon Louise's for dinner. All our dishes were a true delight, with subtle and flavorful twists on classic favorites. What's more, the portions were incredibly generous, and even finishing a starter and main course was a challenge. Thank you to Thierry for his warm welcome and excellent recommendations. The atmosphere is excellent, with a particular highlight being the bar/wine cellar in the basement, which offers a warm and charming setting. The service is also impeccable: attentive, professional, and efficient. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

17/04/2026: Superb hotel right on the seafront. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast room has a splendid sea view. I would just say that they should have more tables for two people, as often the tables for four are occupied by two people, resulting in a bit of a wait to be seated. There is no parking provided for the hotel, but the reception can recommend nearby streets with free parking. Wishing you a wonderful 2026 season!
