15/06/2026: La Gallina is the rotisserie you absolutely must try. Mr. Jean, a former Negresco chef, never stops, offering roasted chickens, sautéed potatoes, and zucchini gratin prepared daily. They also serve stuffed vegetables from Nice and other dishes. Don't forget the homemade tiramisu, all available every lunchtime except Monday. It's best to call ahead to reserve your portion.

11/06/2026: Fantastic rotisserie. The chicken is excellent. The potato trays are divine. The tiramisu is delicious. I've been going there for many years and I'm never disappointed. Go without hesitation!

27/06/2026: Hello, contacting them by email is easier as the establishment is not open. Orlane Rateau replied very quickly, a big thank you, regarding the various services offered. Reservations are required. The establishment is located next to the crematorium. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome, with sweet and savory snacks, and very good quality hot and cold drinks. We also dined at his restaurant, which was just as good as the wedding reception. The rest of his team reflects his culinary talent; they are all incredibly friendly. It's a pleasure to share an experience with him, whether it's for catering or dining at his restaurant. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again whenever the opportunity arises.

From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious: terrine, salad, chicken in cream sauce and dauphinoise potatoes, cheese, and dessert. The €34 set menu was very reasonable for such a delicious meal. The portions were truly generous, and the flavors of traditional cooking were just what we love. The welcome was warm and the setting pleasant. An authentic farm where the food is excellent. We will gladly return.
