08/08/2026: During our visit this evening, my two children, my partner, and I received a very warm welcome. Absolutely the entire team was incredibly attentive to each and every customer! The meal was served quickly 🤩 (10-15 minute wait). I especially want to thank Tomy, who was absolutely fantastic: BIG UP ("in true French fashion, I'll continue to say GOyave 😭😭🤣🤣")!! It's heartwarming and reassuring to know that there's still humanity in some people! From start to finish, we had a delightful experience ☺️ Thank you again, THANK YOU to the whole team, stay true to yourselves: authenticity and kindness still touch hearts 😉🙏🏽

18/04/2026: Excellent hotel and restaurant. We stayed 3 nights on a half-board basis. Congratulations to all the staff for their exceptional kindness. The restaurant menus are generous and of high quality. Go without hesitation; it's very well located for visiting Dijon and the Route des Grands Crus wine region. 05/08/2026: I'm not going to talk about the hotel itself, I don't know it. I'm going to talk about the food, the atmosphere, the welcome... It feels good, like home. For lunch, I had reserved the chicken tagine. It was delicious, but, to my great regret, I couldn't finish it. Too much for me. The portions are generous, just like the staff and the owners. Generous, smiling, and in good spirits. It's a place that makes you want to go back. And don't even get me started on the evenings at Les Platanes. We always have a great time there.

04/08/2026: More than mediocre! €43 for 3 slices of melon with rind + 2 slices of vacuum-packed cured ham, all served in a shallow bowl mixed with salad 😳 The ribeye steak was thankfully rare, but so thin it was like shoe leather! Chestnut tiramisu? Nope, not that! The service was incredibly slow; the waiter was working alone and clearly did his best, sweating profusely. The Perrier and fruit salad were fine, though.

19/04/2026: Family-run hotel in the heart of the resort, excellent bed, very good breakfast, secure ski storage. The location is central to the resort, close to the Jandri area, with all the best restaurants nearby. The owners are attentive and offer helpful advice.

16/07/2026: A nice brasserie located next to the Carrefour Contact and Optimal Energy supermarkets. The decor is simple and modern. The menu is straightforward and effective, with daily specials. Pizzas are available for takeout. The service is impeccable and friendly. The food is good. One small drawback: the heat in the dining room...

This family-run hotel boasts beautiful architecture and a particularly appealing old-world charm. The entire property is impeccably maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and feature excellent, firm, and very comfortable beds. As for the welcome… it was simply outstanding. We were greeted by Candice, an extremely welcoming, pleasant, and smiling young woman. She looked after us for three days, always with great professionalism and kindness. Her advice on visiting the region was invaluable, precise, and perfectly explained. She speaks about Châtelaillon with enthusiasm and elegance, beautifully showcasing this charming town. Her speech is fluid, natural, and a pleasure to listen to. Candice truly possesses all the qualities needed to welcome guests in the best possible conditions. In addition to being clear and highly professional, she possesses a subtle and understated sense of humor that makes interactions particularly pleasant and warm. We sincerely wanted to give her a special mention. We also wanted to mention the hotel owners, a discreet yet deeply pleasant couple. The lady of the house possesses a gentleness and delicacy imbued with an elegance reminiscent of the Land of the Rising Sun. Her natural smile and kindness lend the establishment a particularly soothing and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was varied, generous, and made with fresh products. During dinner, the attention to detail was always evident. The dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, some with a delicate touch of exoticism that was much appreciated. The plates were presented with refinement, adding an extra touch of pleasure to each meal. What more can we say… if we return to the region, we will gladly stay at this hotel again.
