27/08/2026: The restaurant is located on the main street of Brides-les-Bains, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout the evening. My wife and I decided to dine outside to take advantage of the pleasant evening weather and the mountain views. While we were choosing our food, they immediately brought us a small sample of the house specialty, which was greatly appreciated. We had the local fondue Savoyarde, served as per tradition with a salad topped with the typical sauce, an assortment of cured meats, and diced bread to dip in the fondue. Everything was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. As for drinks, we ordered two craft beers from Savoyard breweries and ended the evening with the house desserts, which were also excellent. The price was appropriate for the location and the experience we had during the evening.

21/09/2025: We booked the seasonal workshop for a private evening with about thirty people. We had excellent communication with the owner, who was very accommodating. On the day, we received a very warm welcome and impeccable service. The platters lived up to their reputation, and we enjoyed some delicious cocktails served in jars. Highly recommended!

03/05/2026: We came to the Auberge des Gorges du Loup after booking lunch with a Wonderbox voucher. A special menu was available for the voucher with several options. It was excellent, and we had a wonderful time. The homemade bitter orange wine was superb. The staff were very kind, efficient, and attentive. 20/09/2026: Table for 4. Overall, a very good experience and good value for money. The meal was very good, the service efficient, but the pan-seared foie gras... I've had a few, but this one... it was divine. Bravo. I don't often post reviews, but when something is out of the ordinary, I... One small personal complaint: it lacks a bit of background music, even though bad music is depressing and I admit it's difficult to find the right balance.

09/10/2026: It had been a while since I'd enjoyed a restaurant meal this much. The scallops with their excellent risotto were cooked to perfection. The dessert was also very good. Thank you to the whole team, we will definitely be back.

10/09/2026: A pleasant surprise for our lunch break before a winery visit. Simple and satisfying cuisine. Just what we needed, and the service was excellent, even during peak hours. That's what we love. The place is charming and full of antiques. We really enjoyed it. Expect to pay €16 for a main course and dessert, or €18.50 for a buffet starter, main course, and dessert.
