07/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! We celebrated our wedding meal there in June 2026. All our guests were delighted with our choice. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the entire waitstaff, the chefs, and the managers of this charming, beautiful, and welcoming establishment for their hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness. We all loved it a thousand times over. My guests and family were very happy when they left the table. A delight for everyone! 05/06/2026: A very pleasant discovery. We organized a group meal at the Auberge des Bornes and everything went very well. The Savoyard specialties were excellent, the portions generous, and the welcome particularly friendly. A place I highly recommend in the Geneva area.

08/05/2026: My wife and I ran a mountain guesthouse in the Julian Alps for over thirty years. After finally retiring, we decided to make up for lost time by exploring every corner of France. By train, car, and on foot, we've already racked up thousands of kilometers and tried countless restaurants. This year, we settled down for two months in the beautiful village of Hunspach in Alsace. And there, we made a wonderful culinary discovery: the Restaurant au Cerf. We went twice during our stay, and we didn't hesitate to return, we were so charmed. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere pleasant, and above all… the food is simply excellent! We can say without hesitation that it's one of the best restaurants we've tried in France so far – and we've tried quite a few. The ingredients are high-quality, the dishes are flavorful, generous, and bursting with taste. You can feel the genuine work of passionate chefs who respect the classics while adding their own personal touch. Whether it was for a traditional Alsatian meal or more creative dishes, everything met, or even exceeded, our expectations. For us, Restaurant au Cerf is a true gem in this charming village. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this high level of quality and for the two wonderful meals we enjoyed. We warmly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return on our next trip to Alsace! Thank you again for these excellent gastronomic memories. :-)

06/07/2025: Tmm, that was awesome. The savory creps were a very balanced combination of different ingredients, and the sweet creps were so delicious that they made a terrible noise. I actually had to laugh because they were so delicious. The waitress was very friendly and handled the language barrier well, and she spoke good English. So if you're in the mood for a crepe and you're in Quimper, go for it. It's worth it, and by the way, it's in a cozy spot. Tmm.

24/05/2026: I think this is the most touristy street and restaurant during my visit to Bordeaux, but the ambience was nice, the food good and the server very nice and helpful. The dinner was quite fast compared to the other experiences we have had, hence the lower score.

23/05/2026: I booked for 9:00. We sat down at 9:15. They lost our order and we finished at 11:15. There's a palpable lack of control among the waiters and in the kitchen. Not even an apology. It was incredibly hot, with no air conditioning. The dishes were bland and poorly cooked, with only the volute being decent. The Thai was overcooked; I wouldn't even give it to my dog. The Onglet was perfect for injuring someone. The chef's coffee dessert was only good for the coffee itself. If you want to ruin your day, this is the place for you.

27/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Pommeil. The managers are incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and we slept very well. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches: a teapot, coffee, tea, and bottled water in the room. And above all, eat at the hotel: we thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was delicious and prepared with care. A clean, comfortable, and pleasant hotel, perfect for a stopover or a longer stay in the region. I highly recommend it 😊

Aurélien and Aline were fantastic! 👍 They were kind, helpful, accommodating, and always available. Le Jardin Gourmand transported us with a perfectly balanced seasonal menu, where the purity of the ingredients is combined with exquisitely delicate flavors. Each dish is a work of art in itself, with presentations so creative and meticulous that they seem almost too beautiful to eat. The experience was all the more memorable because the setting is absolutely magnificent, offering an intimate and timeless atmosphere. The whole experience is enhanced by impeccable service, at once professional, attentive, and discreet. Book without hesitation!
