04/04/2026: A great neighborhood eatery! It's simple and efficient. The dishes aren't very elaborate, but that's not what you'd expect, and the prices are very reasonable. Special mention for the desserts, especially the homemade tarts—they're delicious! The owners are very friendly and know all their regular customers. It has a relaxed, informal atmosphere: you serve yourself the tarts and bring your plates back to the counter if you want to help. Very pleasant and lively.

12/06/2026: I had a lovely time at La Plage du Festival. The location is absolutely perfect, and the food was very tasty. The staff were also consistently friendly and welcoming. The only area for improvement is the speed of service, specifically regarding drinks. The wait times were quite long, and after a while, the focus shifted away from enjoying the atmosphere because I was constantly waiting for my order. If they can improve the efficiency at the bar, this place would be perfect!

31/05/2026: A disappointing experience at this mediocre restaurant. The white wine tasted awful, the mojitos were undrinkable, and the portion sizes and food quality are appalling. A tiny rump steak for €20 was served with soggy, tasteless beans and stale bread… the prices are outrageous for mass-produced food. The atmosphere was peculiar, and the wait was far too long. There's nothing positive to say; you'd eat better in a cafeteria.

31/05/2026: Don't trust the good reviews, which are paid for by the girls who get in for free. The bouncers are incredibly stupid and have very little judgment or self-control. Run away if you have even a modicum of common sense or manners. Another thing about the club: it's 80% tables, €1000 a table, and there's no room to dance despite the €35 cover charge. Don't waste your time; even outside of the Cannes Film Festival, it's not worth it.

04/07/2026: How to put it... We wanted to try this restaurant, so we had reserved tables for two when we arrived. The side tables were already taken, leaving only the middle ones. Since I hate being in the middle of a restaurant, I asked if we could sit on the side, at an empty table. The attendant told me it wasn't possible because it hadn't been cleaned. We sat in the middle, and other people sitting opposite me changed tables. She had time to clear a table for four to seat three people (first mistake). I looked at the menu and chose an Italian salad. When she served me, I pointed out that the salad description didn't mention Parma ham. She replied that it did (second mistake), and I was right—no ham. She changed my plate, and for my main course, I chose a ballotine, which wasn't actually a ballotine. I don't eat bacon, and there was some wrapped around the ballotine. She explained that... I don't eat bacon. I was given a very small piece of chicken breast. For me, a ballotine is chicken breast with a stuffing inside, cooked in broth and then pan-fried or baked (third mistake). She should have consulted me and told me about the bacon. I would have chosen a different dish. The mushroom sauce was very good, the mini grilled peppers were nothing special, but the potatoes were nothing special. I was disappointed with my dish and won't be going back. We asked for the bill, but the credit card terminal wasn't very clean. I think it must have been the cook who came to check on some acquaintances at the table with his dish towel in hand, wiping a pan. The waitress was smiling.

11/04/2026: A huge disappointment for a well-known restaurant in Nice. Let me explain. We were greeted by waiters who didn't understand and didn't speak French. Once seated, we quickly realized we had to be rushed. The entire meal was therefore rushed and stressful. We had to choose our courses before even having an aperitif. The waiters kept coming back and forth to speed things up. We had to raise our voices to ask if we were in the way, otherwise we would have left. The waiter told us that the kitchen closes at 2 pm and that it was the first time he'd ever taken so long to serve. He said that normally, for 200 people, they take less time. Is that how you speak to customers? The wedding cake was almost brought out before everyone at the table was there, so we asked the waiter to wait (where's the common sense?). After a few minutes, the wedding cake was literally thrown onto the table without a "Happy Birthday," music, or even a serving plate. In the end, stracciatella tomatoes were added to the bill. Honestly, it was a huge scandal, a complete lack of respect throughout the meal for our parents who were so happy to be with their family. First and last time. If you can't serve customers properly, even if you rush them and don't meet their expectations, find another line of work. A big fat zero. P.S.: However, the food was good.

17/05/2026: Mixed feelings. There were six of us, four of whom ordered raclette. The menu stated "raclette for 2 with 250g of cheese per person." The waitress arrived with the raclette grill and the cheese. We were surprised by the small amount of cheese... She had indeed only given us one portion. She came back with a larger piece of cheese. Afterwards, we thought it wasn't very much for four people. According to the menu, we should have had 1 kilo of cheese. And clearly, there wasn't. It's a shame because the cheese was very good. The waitress was managing everything alone, especially since the dining room is upstairs and she was constantly going up and down. I don't envy her. It was extremely hot in the room. Bring a t-shirt.

16/04/2026: Good selection of beers and spirits. Great atmosphere, especially on DJ nights. Service a bit slow.
