10/05/2026: We had an exceptional time. The cuisine is absolutely delicious, refined, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. Each dish is a true delight, as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat. The welcome is simply perfect: warm, friendly, and very professional. You immediately feel at ease and pampered from the beginning to the end of the meal. The entire team is attentive and passionate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit in Haute-Saône for a wonderful time with family or friends. We will definitely be back!

02/05/2026: Absolutely wonderful and characterful hotel and restaurant. We were made to feel at home from the second we arrived, the room was small but perfectly appointed. The restaurant is run by the propieters and the food was absolutely incredible. Great variations in french cuisiine, perfectly cooked and a cheese course to die for!

The desserts are just as good and of high quality as the main courses, which isn't always the case in restaurants and deserves to be highlighted. In short, a really nice place. 07/06/2026: The food is top quality - seafood and fish are fresh and excellently prepared. The overall service was a hot mess. Our experience was greatly diminished by our waiter, who fawned over the tables around us while completely ignoring service at our table. We waited a long time to place our order, were not given utensils with our starters and we waited over ten minutes to finally get his colleague’s attention to get those, our shellfish entree dishes (with the detritus) were left uncleared for almost half an hour, and our glasses were never refilled. At the price point, this is lamentable service. We finally managed to get our waiter’s colleague to serve us, which salvaged the rest of our dinner. Our group was unfailingly polite and not very demanding, we merely asked for the most basic aspects of service, yet we were treated with contempt by our waiter. Dessirier - at your price point, you really need better staff.

07/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Chaumette during our group lunch on Saturday, May 2nd. The restaurant's setting and atmosphere are particularly pleasant and welcoming. The quality of the food was unanimously praised by everyone: refined cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and very well-received portions. While I only gave the service three stars, it wasn't for its quality, which was excellent, but rather for the wait time. We were a group of 20, and when we made our reservation, we were offered a set menu that didn't necessarily suit everyone. We therefore opted to order à la carte, which resulted in a relatively long wait. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food and its friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality.

30/05/2026: I've walked past this restaurant several times; the menu changes seasonally, highlighting seasonal produce and homemade cuisine. We decided to try it today for a birthday celebration. Making a reservation through their website was quick and easy. I had to exchange emails with the owners several times because I had some specific requests, and I received very prompt and friendly replies to each one—it was lovely! French regional cuisine is truly showcased here! The food is delicious, the staff is warm and welcoming, the chef is passionate, and the atmosphere is inviting. We had a wonderful time! We want to thank all the staff and we will definitely be back! A special mention for the very reasonable price considering the quality of the food!

16/05/2026: An excellent restaurant in Le Vésinet, very close to the RER A train station. Generous homemade cuisine, beautifully prepared traditional dishes, and warm service. L’Auberge des Trois Marches is a truly great place for lunch or dinner in a peaceful setting. Special mention for the quality of the ingredients and the value for money. A sure bet in Le Vésinet.
