30/06/2026: I had booked a table for 10 p.m. through TheFork. Upon arrival, the waiter immediately reprimanded me, in a very aggressive tone, for booking so late, explaining that he had to close the kitchen in 30 minutes. Faced with this reception, I offered to simply cancel the reservation. He replied that he couldn't do that, still in the same tone. I then asked him to contact his manager so that the cancellation could be processed and my TheFork account wouldn't be penalized. His manager never responded. The most shocking thing isn't that a restaurant refuses a late reservation: that can happen. However, being greeted with a reprimand for a reservation that was clearly available on the platform is deeply humiliating and unacceptable. We ultimately left without dinner, with an uncancelled reservation and without the slightest apology. A particularly disappointing service experience.

30/06/2026: We didn't get a chance to try their crepes because we were thrown out at the entrance... we had booked for 10pm and the waiter clearly told us to leave in a rude tone because the kitchens close at 10:30pm, instead of simply apologizing for leaving the reservation available for a restaurant unable to serve at that time.

28/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at L’Oiseau sur sa branche! There were 33 of us for my birthday, we were able to sit on the terrace, and the meal was excellent!! 04/08/2026: The waiter we had was lovely. He let us try ordering in French and was very patient with us and helped in English afterwards. The main food was good but the fries left a bit to be desired as they were quite dry. The desserts, French toast, lava cake, sorbet and chauchau choco were amazing as usual. We will be back again when we are on holiday next year.

16/08/2026: I had the most delicious local traditional cake of my life here. I will never forget it, it is so delicious. Nice environment, excellent ice cream, coffee, chocolate and cakes. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

30/07/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times, and it usually offers excellent, well-prepared dishes with attentive service. But recently, everything went wrong: we were asked to order our dinner at 11:00 AM, but the fish we ordered was changed at the last minute, the appetizers were served warm, and the food wasn't cooked properly (the chocolate fondant was actually a chocolate cake). It's a real shame because—and I repeat—it's usually a very good restaurant in Gradignan.

11/07/2026: The €21.90 lunch menu is excellent; all the dishes are homemade, generous portions, and truly delicious! Add to that the friendliness of the entire team. We had a wonderful time!
