31/03/2026: An extraordinary birthday party at L'InfiniThé, Chez Sandrine! For our daughter's 30th birthday, we booked the entire restaurant for a private party on a Saturday night. We were already familiar with the quality of their homemade lunches and brunches. For the occasion, Sandrine prepared an exquisite meal and desserts! And with such thoughtfulness and kindness, she did everything to make this evening unforgettable. Thank you again, Sandrine!!! 16/05/2026: We stumbled upon this brasserie by chance, where we were welcomed at 1 p.m. (a party of five) with an enthusiasm and smiles that are a rare treat! The service was impeccable, there was hardly any wait, and the dishes and desserts were all absolutely delicious. They even included a lovely touch for my 6-year-old son's birthday (a candle on his dessert and a lion plush toy). A huge thank you to Lucie and Raph, if I remember correctly, and to everyone else!

29/04/2026: A wonderful place for jazz lovers. An unusual, warm, and very charming venue. Excellent service; you feel right at home. The band is very pleasant to listen to. The only downside: the food could be more flavorful at this price. I was very disappointed by the "chocolate fondant," which was more of a dessert. However, we had a very enjoyable evening.

25/04/2026: A superb restaurant in a magnificent setting, with unbeatable value for money and excellent cuisine featuring local produce. The service is always impeccable. If you want to experience a timeless moment on the Glières plateau, I highly recommend this establishment.

07/07/2026: The service was slow due to an initial order transmission problem, and it didn't improve afterward (I had to have my coffee served before my dessert so it wouldn't get cold...). I'll still come back, though, because I know it will be better next time.

04/07/2026: Where to begin? First, the welcome. After pointing to a table, another server told us to move to the opposite side, to a table barely 30cm apart and unstable. In short, there was zero communication between the servers. Once seated, we had to call them over to order, despite the constant coming and going of people near us and at neighboring tables. Then, regarding the meal. The Pink Palm cocktail with "rosé prosecco" was completely white, with no taste of prosecco, more like lemonade. Despite our comment, they left it as is. As for the main course, the beef tartare was completely bland, tasteless, drowned in chopped peppers and spicy mayonnaise that absolutely ruined everything, not to mention the fries swimming in oil... And of course, to top it all off, the waitress (a redhead) who absolutely refused to accept criticism or feedback. Receiving a "I didn't make that" followed by "Okay, noted," when I commented on the cocktail, I find that incredibly unprofessional. On the plus side, the wine was good and at the right temperature, which is fortunate for something that wasn't homemade. In short, first and last time at this establishment, and I definitely don't recommend it.

28/05/2026: A local restaurant in Nice. We visited without a reservation, but luckily there was one table available, so we were able to get in. Reservations are recommended. We ordered a set meal with various dishes. We had a plate with small portions of tapas, stew, and pizza radière. The dishes were unlike anything I'd had before, but everything was delicious, especially the lamb, which was incredibly tasty with no unpleasant odor.

23/05/2026: A very good restaurant offering a wide variety of Niçoise specialties at excellent value. It's just a shame that the waitress brought us the dessert menu but never came to take our order. After a 20-minute wait, we left without having been able to try the Swiss chard tart.

01/04/2026: Restaurant located in a former grocery store. Very welcoming, set menu with reasonable prices and local products. Sparkling aperitif 🥂 with a very smooth chestnut liqueur – a delight. Excellent food. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We ate here on Valentine's Day for a champagne dinner. The dishes were superb. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, all accompanied by free-flowing champagne. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor is fantastic, in a historic building in the center of Valence.

08/05/2026: What a magnificent place: a perfect tent, even in a raging storm! A timeless place where nature reigns supreme, yet with a luxurious "lodge" feel. Gaëlle and Brice's welcome was fantastic: thank you again for our conversations and your kindness. We'll be back: for a longer stay to enjoy this breathtaking view, the peace and tranquility this place offers. And of course, the pool!

04/05/2026: We had an excellent overnight stay with a particularly warm welcome from the owners, not forgetting Roxi. An ideal place for pilgrims in a natural setting with a breathtaking panoramic view.
