She'll do it with a smile and genuine kindness! What a convenience! Furthermore, to ensure a very high level of service, she sharpens the knives herself! Again, what fantastic service! I really love this welcoming, friendly place that's always ready to help! Definitely worth a try!

11/07/2026: Hello, I am contacting you because I am a regular customer, but my visit this morning left a very bad taste in my mouth. I arrived a little before opening time. The doors were already physically open, but I was refused access to the restrooms because I needed to use them urgently, on the pretext that there were 3 minutes left before the official opening time. Right after that, I returned a box full of luggage. The employee refused to refund me, claiming there was a scanning problem or that the return had already been processed. I left with only €2.10, which was far from the amount due. I usually appreciate the friendly service of your store, but this lack of flexibility and this refund issue have greatly disappointed me. How can we resolve the problem of this incorrectly scanned luggage? Thank you in advance for your reply. Sincerely, Update: The manager contacted me by email to refuse any refund for my physical till, hiding behind account statistics. She didn't even apologize for her employee's appalling behavior and, worse, condoned it. Deplorable business practices, avoid them at all costs.

10/07/2026: I really appreciate this restaurant for the quality of its dishes; you can tell they're prepared with fresh ingredients. We're also always warmly welcomed by Magalie, who is attentive and always smiling. The best part, and what I love about this restaurant, is the terrace overlooking the back garden. A charming little quiet spot, perfect for having lunch away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very pleasant. The dining room is also cozy and beautifully decorated. My favorite spot in Romans 🙂

You can immediately tell it's a family-run restaurant where everything is prepared with care. The pizzas are excellent, with a thin, crispy, and light crust, exactly how I like them. The ingredients are high-quality, and you can taste the homemade quality. A big thank you also to the staff, who are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I particularly appreciated how they took everyone's requests into account. As a vegetarian, they adapted without any problem, with great kindness. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy a delicious family meal while watching the final. An excellent place that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

27/06/2026: Delicious! I ordered the shrimp salad, which was amazing. The dressing was spectacular, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. For dessert, I ordered the salted caramel ice cream with popcorn, which was also delicious. Last but not least, the service was excellent.
