02/06/2026: It's a wonderful place. The setting is charming and peaceful. The staff is absolutely delightful, just like the owners who love to cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere and good taste. The food reflects this perfectly. What a difference between the menu descriptions and the reality! The dishes are beautifully prepared with delicacy and flavor. The presentation on the plate is exquisite. My two stays, on the way to and from a motorcycle trip, were a pure delight.

27/07/2026: Excellent cuisine, courteous and welcoming service, lovely setting, I highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed the prawns, scallops, and chocolate fondant; the dishes were beautifully presented. Wine by the glass is available. Prices are justified. A wonderful discovery in Mirande.

27/07/2026: Lovely water front restaurant, great service and delicious fresh food, we didn't book but arrived just after 7. Would recommended booking as we took one of the last unreserved tables.

26/07/2026: After a long delay to access the Ile de Ré due to traffic we stopped at the first place we saw for lunch. Sometimes when things aren’t planned, a nice surprise turns out. This is one of these cases where an unplanned stop brought us a lovely lunch by the sea. The food was delicious throughout and the service was friendly. A bit on the pricey side but reasonable for what you’d expect on the island. I’d go back for sure.

02/08/2026: We had booked for two, but ended up coming as a party of three. No problem. The dish of the day was hake fillet with an excellent sauce. The staff is fantastic! A loyal customer who will be back :)

14/06/2026: 3rd time of staying here en route to southern France. Location perfect - just off autoroute yes feels much more rural. Being able to park outside of room a plus. Rooms comfortable and represent value for money. No noise issues. The recent makeover of the main hotel area has really modernised it. Restaurant good, lots of options including 2 or 3 tasting menus or à la carte. Local champagne producers well represented on the wine list and fairly priced. Would recommend if looking for a good overnight stay.

14/06/2026: We came as a wedding gift for a meal and spa treatment, and we have absolutely no complaints: welcoming, polite, and kind. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future gifts or for a romantic getaway.

18/07/2026: A very simple, rustic restaurant, with typically Breton details. We ate a truly delicious Pontcallec galette, well-prepared and made with quality ingredients. Besides the excellent food, there's a very welcoming atmosphere: the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and especially attentive and considerate of the children. If you're looking for an authentic and extremely family-friendly experience, this is the place. We'll definitely be back!

09/08/2026: For my first time, I'm very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. The place is lovely, and the prices are more than reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. There's a wide selection on the menu, and the service is excellent—no complaints at all. A nice touch is that they offer doggy bags. I highly recommend it.

08/08/2026: Warm welcome and efficient service. The food and decor have a vintage roadside feel, the kind you don't find around here anymore. It's perfect for a family meal with generous portions at affordable prices.

28/07/2026: We discovered La Blanche Hermine during a weekend in Bergerac. I highly recommend it!!! Welcoming and delicious at a more than reasonable price. The galettes are to die for. Despite being busy, there was no excessive wait. We went back the next day. :-) Top-notch

30/05/2026: Excellent restaurant! The menu offers just the right amount of choice, with high-quality ingredients. The prices are reasonable, and the welcome and service are very pleasant. A big bonus is the veranda overlooking the water and the ducks; the setting is superb.
