29/04/2026: We (a family with two older teenagers) had a delicious and extensive lunch here. We tried Kir here for the first time in two different flavors, which was a great success. As a nice surprise, we also received two local drinks on the house to try. Everything tasted absolutely delicious! Additionally, we would like to thank the staff very much for their genuine courtesy and warm hospitality; the excellent service completed our experience perfectly. Moreover, the price for such a beautiful, secluded location was exactly as expected. Highly recommended!

12/06/2026: Very helpful service and a beautiful place, surrounded by cheeses. Cheese master Hammer explained all the cheeses in both the tasting and the fondue. If you're a cheese lover, you absolutely must stop by!

29/06/2026: Le Sépia is fantastic. A very warm welcome, lovely decor, and cuisine worthy of a gourmet restaurant. The cooking and presentation of the dishes are perfect, with excellent aromas and flavors. If you want to treat yourself, don't hesitate to go to Le Sépia. Reservations are recommended.

The meal was a delight from start to finish, in a pleasant setting just steps from the beach. An address we wholeheartedly recommend—we'll be back!

07/07/2026: The restaurant is nicely situated at the beginning of the fortress's forecourt in the citadel, with a limited view of the sea. Further towards the sea are other restaurants with even better views of the sea and Bastia, but these are more expensive and reservations are essential. We were a party of eight and ordered the set menu and burgers. Unfortunately, pizza wasn't available because the pizza chef wasn't there. The set menu consisted of three courses: four options for the starter and main course, and three for dessert. Dessert included a choice of three different mousses. The food was tasty, and the portions were adequate. The burgers came with fries; the portion of fries was rather small, and the meat quality was average. The set menu cost €20, and burgers ranged from €15 to €17. A quarter liter of house wine was €7 (good), and a 0.25-liter beer was €5. If you're hungry, you won't be completely satisfied. The service was friendly and fast.

07/07/2026: It's not terribly bad. But the worst part is the service: an hour's wait, my partner was already served, ate alone, and then the same thing happened to me... incomprehensible. We spent an hour and a half in the restaurant for just one dish each! So instead of trying to lure in every passerby, take the time to serve the customers who are already seated. Go somewhere else.

01/07/2026: The true identity of this restaurant is "Au bon Cerbère" (The Good Cerberus)... and not "Au bon Accueil" (The Good Welcome)!!! While the daily special is relatively "good," the service is truly appalling and disheartening. The waitress takes the prize for grimacing and showing a complete lack of consideration for what is called a customer. It's as if she has absolutely no desire to welcome anyone or make them feel even remotely happy. It's like a hidden camera sketch; this woman seems to be doing everything she can to be unpleasant while serving. The buffet is just bland, heavy, mass-produced food. The dessert is frozen; only the main course was cooked properly (but nothing fancy; understandable given the price). If you enjoy dining in a restaurant with spiders in the corners, then by all means, go there; For her, the welcome was indeed good... In short, avoid it unless you're starving or looking for terrible service and a warm welcome. The atmosphere and spirit of a roadside diner are nowhere to be found behind this establishment!

25/05/2026: For nearly twenty years, we've always stopped here when we're in Saône-et-Loire. Excellent value for money, both for the meals and the hotel. The welcome is perfect, the owners are friendly, and the waiter is very attentive. The food is plentiful, with a very good appetizer buffet and, which is becoming increasingly rare, cloth napkins on the tables. The tables are well-spaced, and the restrooms are very clean. In short, everything is there for a pleasant stay in Paray-Le-Monial without having to worry about finding something more expensive and inferior. Keep up the good work!

01/07/2026: Disappointed... The meat wasn't cooked as requested (the hamburger was rare when we asked for medium, especially for a 6-year-old, and the duck breast was rare, not pink). The hamburger was sent back to the kitchen because it was missing the cheddar cheese, and the flank steak was very tough. Not to mention the wait for our main courses: 40 minutes! And as a gesture of goodwill... a free scoop of ice cream!!! I do not recommend this establishment.

12/06/2026: We went to dinner tonight at L’Escale with our 2-year-old daughter and had a wonderful time. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service was quick and efficient, which is much appreciated with a young child. The food was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it, all at a very reasonable price. A big thank you also to the waitresses, who were lovely and attentive. They even gave our daughter a Kinder Surprise, which she was delighted with. A truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend. We will gladly return! 😊

11/06/2026: If I could give more stars, it would be 6 or even 7! Booked on a whim on Mother's Day Sunday, arriving at 1:30 pm. The owner met all our expectations (especially considering what I asked for; he could easily have refused). He was more than professional. I've been back several times and nothing has changed. The service is top-notch; the waiters and waitresses are attentive. The food is responsive and very good. The setting is magnificent. The park has a children's playground and animals. An ideal place for a business meeting or a family outing. Deserves 6 stars!
