15/02/2026: I went there on February 14th just for a drink, and the owner's welcome needs improvement. I was told I'd have to sit at the bar as there were no tables available, and there was no smile or friendly service. People behind us were arriving for lunch, and there were no tables left either; they suggested going to the pizzeria next door. Frankly, the service needs improvement; a smile costs nothing.

28/01/2026: Lunch break during the week with my wife, while hiking in the Dreux forest. The food is good, the service is quick and friendly, and there's a brasserie atmosphere, all at a reasonable price. It's a great place for a lunch break!

22/03/2026: A very pleasant experience, impeccable and intelligently executed service, special mention to our waitress of the day, excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the terrace.

08/03/2026: It's a shame to accommodate so many tables if the service isn't up to scratch. We waited over an hour to be served, and the portions were stingy considering the price. I paid €21 for two ridiculously small starters, and I seriously doubt they were homemade. Some dishes didn't match the descriptions on the menu: a spelt risotto that wasn't risotto, a focaccia that looked like a giant crouton, and a caramel fondant that wasn't caramel at all! Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place despite its pleasant, sunny setting. I should mention that the staff kindly offered us dessert; thank you! Best of luck!

Everything was perfect, from the refined, homemade dishes to those served to over 100 people. The staff was very attentive, bringing hot food only when we returned from dancing. 29/03/2026: What a beautiful authentic experience. This is not just the famous venue featured in the 90’s movie “Le destin extraordinaire de Amélie Poulain » but a solid good restaurant. We went for lunch on a beautiful sunny warm spring day this March. Had the croc madame and hamburgers. Everything was delicious. They have a Linux’s selection of wines by the glass. The dessert famous crème brûlé (Amelie’s favorite) was very good. The four of us shared one but you can definitely do one by person as it is so good. Tip for the visitor of Montmartre - go see the Basilica Sacre Cœur in the morning, stroll through Place de Tartre on your way to this beautiful restaurant. Moulin Rouge is two minutes away - you can take pictures in the front.

15/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! Thank you to my children for the great Groupon deal. The setting is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. The menu was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Thank you for a delightful evening.

11/03/2026: The service was impeccable, thankfully, but we were truly disappointed. The chef has plenty of good ideas but absolutely doesn't know how to execute them properly; there was a real lack of balance in the flavors. Too much of everything... the Christmas spices made our dish almost inedible. The scallop tartlet as a starter was good, but if you're going to use scallops, you should at least be able to taste them rather than overpowering them. The pandan granita was just too much! The supreme was bland and dry with overly strong side dishes that were barely edible, and the endives were bitter beyond belief. Judging by the reviews, I think we were just unlucky, but between cooking issues, problems with the proportions and balance, I remain very ambivalent. Best of luck in the future, though; it's a close call.

07/03/2026: Fantastic experience at Bistrot Victoires. The service was impeccable. I especially appreciated the hostess who recognized us—which is quite impressive considering the number of customers who come through here every day, especially for just two visits in the same week. She was very welcoming and attentive. The server was also excellent: professional, efficient, and perfectly in control of his service. You can tell he has experience. The service was quick without being rushed, and the food was very good. A friendly atmosphere, solid service, and a place where you feel welcome. I will definitely be back.

07/03/2026: The best place to have your first meal in Paris, the atmosphere and staff are so welcoming and charming that you cannot help but feel at home. The food is 10/10, exquisite. I had the duck breast with red wine reduction and mashed potatoes (€12,90), and I loved every single bite. I can 100% recommend this place.

The quality and professionalism are top-notch, everything is homemade, from their chicken and fries to the excellent fish served with mashed potatoes. I approve of the quality of the products, the owner, and the waitress 👍👍 I forgot about the red meat for my afternoon snack 👏

24/02/2026: We went there for lunch. A very good experience. We received a very warm welcome, excellent service, and delicious food from appetizer to dessert, not to mention the wine. All in a cozy atmosphere. We were very satisfied and will gladly return!

23/11/2025: And here we have a true hotel and restaurant, with a soul, a history, and welcoming, professional staff. A charming room, with a few minor flaws, but quickly forgotten thanks to the owner's kindness and warm personality. The restaurant boasts a talented chef and excellent dishes (smoked salmon and goat cheese, for example), all served by the fireplace by attentive waiters. Thank you for this very pleasant stay.
