03/10/2024: Really very expensive for a latte at 14 euros.

03/10/2024: I had high expectations for Ladurée on the Champs-Élysées, given its worldwide reputation for luxury and fine dining. The décor and building were truly magnificent--elegant, sophisticated, and perfectly Parisian. The food itself was as good as you would expect, although the prices were outrageously high. I assumed this was for the service and experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The hostess was sweet and professional, setting what I thought would be a pleasant tone for the rest of the meal. That's where the positives ended. Our server, who was apparently named Sarah (according to our receipt), was shockingly rude and hostile from the moment she approached our table. She had round, thin-framed glasses and brown hair clipped up, and her attitude was one of sheer disdain. She rolled her eyes, crossed her arms, and quite literally slammed the menu on the table when I asked simple questions. She was directly and obviously trying to glare me down. Her aggressive body language and eye-rolling were so blatant that I had to turn to my husband and ask, "Are you seeing this too? Is something wrong?" We were both bewildered. It felt like we were being punished for simply existing in her section. Her behavior was so unprofessional and extreme that I was on the verge of leaving, but when I made a point of speaking loudly about it to my husband--loud enough for her to hear--her attitude very slightly improved. However, the damage was done, and the rest of the experience was completely ruined. This is supposed to be a high-end, luxurious dining experience, yet I've never received worse service anywhere ever. You can bet that you’d receive better service at McDonald's. Sarah didn't just disrespect us, she disrespected herself and the restaurant with her utter lack of dignity. How does someone like her get hired at an establishment of this caliber? It's mind-boggling. On top of all this, the menu stated my brunch order came with two sides, but thanks to her unbearable demeanor, I forgot to follow up, and I ended up with a sad, plain omelette. So not only was the service atrocious, but I didn't even get the meal I ordered. Time is precious, especially when on vacation. Choosing where to dine is part of the experience, and this was an absolute waste--of time, money, and energy. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated with contempt at exorbitant prices.

02/12/2025: Quality food for diabetics, ketos, vegetarians!!! Fresh vegetables, diced chicken, smoked salmon, hard boiled eggs all by kilograms.

08/12/2024: Restaurant to avoid Very disappointed with the Quality of meals. Frozen products Poorly cooked Poor service In short, no one likes their job in this restaurant, neither the chef nor the waiters. Go your way Very very expensive for this poor quality.

03/12/2024: Le Petit Poucet is a restaurant which seems to have a well-established regular clientele, benefiting from a particularly attentive welcome. For new customers, however, the attention span may seem more limited, which can create a sense of distance. In terms of cuisine, it's almost faultless: the dishes perhaps lack a little originality, but they are impeccably executed, with fresh, seasonal and local products, which is always a real plus. The atmosphere, for its part, could benefit from modernity, and the service, although correct, does not always reach the level of attention that one would expect in this type of establishment. An interesting place for a reliable culinary experience, but which could appeal more with a little more originality and dynamism in the welcome.

26/12/2025: This was a real saga! Thanks to Tempete Benjamin we were stranded at Albi station. After 2 hours, our promised train was cancelled. We had to get off. No alternative! As we got off, all of the passengers were hit by an epic downpour. There were about 300 wet people crammed into the waiting room. I had to act quickly. Standing outside in the rain I used my phone to book a couple of rooms in the hotel across the road. We were there 2 minutes later, a couple of drowned rats! We got our keys within a minute. Now that's a good welcome! An hour later we were sipping Kir Royales in the bar. The restaurant was excellent!

18/01/2026: A wonderful discovery, very pleasant staff, a great time with the family.

02/02/2026: Very nice atmosphere, Nikos the owner is Greek and very kind and helpful. The food is excellent and he also makes freddo for his fans.

30/01/2026: Passing by, I stopped to eat a sirloin steak with Bordelaise sauce which was very good, the service was quick and of very good quality, all this in a slightly old-fashioned cellar atmosphere which was very pleasant!

02/10/2024: A very cozy restaurant with very cool service and not only a special atmosphere but also particularly good Soeisen. Starter, main course, dessert and wine were excellent and served with a huge heart and charming smile. We discovered the restaurant by chance and absolutely loved it.

04/12/2025: A superb experience! Le Bistrot du Sommelier offers delicious, generous, and perfectly executed cuisine. The wine list is exceptional, with excellent pairing suggestions. The service is warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. You truly feel welcome. A must-visit for lovers of fine wine and good food!

04/07/2025: Honestly, meh.... Pepperoni pizza...well, it's not pepperoni, the salmon duo pasta is tasteless... Fatty, overcooked ribeye steaks... In short, there's better.
