09/10/2026: This boulangerie/patisserie gives me easygoing and local vibe. Not too trendy and not so fancy but a place where you want to go everyday. I went there every morning for 4 days for croissant and matcha. Their pain de compagne, pain aux chocolat and brownie are also tasty. Fast service and English speaking staffs.

17/09/2026: My favorite bistrot in Paris ! The food is excellent- especially the meat . Atmosphere is great, a lot of local people and it feels very authentic. Staff is very nice and friendly ❤️ coming back 5th time . Chocolate mousse is also very nice

16/09/2026: I live in the area and this used to be one of my go-to places, so it’s such a shame to come back and be treated like this. The hostess was extremely rude, which really ruined the whole dinner and experience. The food was fine. Very disappointing, especially from a place I used to enjoy coming to.

05/09/2026: Lovely restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace. Good food, tender meat served with fries and various vegetables. However, a major drawback: they offered a few dishes, but in the end, the waitress (at 12:10 PM) arrived to say there were only two left to choose from.

03/09/2026: A lunch stop on the road at Café du Midi. Drawn in by the location and the terrace. The goat cheese salad was deliciously seasoned and satisfying, the welcome was warm, and the restrooms were clean. It's a pleasure to have lunch in a restaurant that pays attention to every detail, which is anything but insignificant. I'll be back! 👌

06/09/2026: A beautiful setting, but far too slow service The real draw of this restaurant is undoubtedly its location! The terrace is lovely, practically on the sand: you just have to cross the street to find yourself directly on the beach. And with the view of Mont-Saint-Michel, on a beautiful sunny day, the setting is truly superb. Upon our arrival, a table had just become available, allowing us to be seated immediately, without any waiting. Unfortunately, the experience then deteriorated considerably. The service was extremely slow: we waited and waited, without anyone attending to us. We finally had to go directly to the bar before a server would even acknowledge our table. Regarding the wine, several things particularly surprised us: we had chosen to order a bottle rather than an aperitif to start our meal at a leisurely pace, but it arrived at the table already opened. We find this really unacceptable: a bottle of wine should, in our opinion, be presented and opened in front of the customer. Furthermore, we weren't offered any snacks while waiting for our meals, and when we asked for two extra glasses of wine, the wait was interminable. We then ordered our main courses: fish and chips and grilled ham. The portions were adequate and the dishes were decent, but nothing exceptional. However, a special mention goes to the fries, which were fluffy inside, crispy outside, and, most importantly, not too salty: a real plus! Unfortunately, the menu is very small and doesn't offer any starters, which is a shame, especially when you simply want to share something before your main course. Another disappointment: we had asked for a carafe of water, which never arrived, and we weren't offered any bread. Finally, a rather unpleasant service incident: the waiter knocked over the cutlery behind my back. In short, an exceptional location and a magnificent terrace, with the beach right across the street and a superb view of Mont-Saint-Michel. This is clearly the establishment's strongest point. However, the service, far too slow and inattentive, unfortunately spoils the experience. The food is decent, the portions are adequate, with very good fries, but overall it remains rather ordinary considering the truly remarkable setting.

03/08/2026: We stopped here during a motorcycle ride and we couldn't have chosen a better spot! The fondue was excellent (both in taste and texture) and a generous portion, and the large salads also looked delicious. The service was top-notch, and the air conditioning was perfect for cooling off after riding in the sun for several hours. And the little coffee at the end was also very good. In short, I highly recommend it!

18/09/2026: Old-fashioned restaurant with cloth tablecloths and napkins, a slightly dark interior in an old cottage. Lunch menu at 20 euros. Lovely starter of warm goat cheese between slices of tomato, fish course, and dessert (crème brûlée). Beautiful tableware. A lovely experience. I highly recommend it.

16/09/2026: I just left Carmen's in Toulouse. What a disappointment… I ordered the set dinner menu, and apart from the starter, the rest wasn't worth the price! The bread served with it was hard! And the meat was so tough you need teeth for competition… It was incredibly tough! My friend had to recook his meat. The French toast? Well, it was way, way, way past its prime! I can confirm it definitely tasted like stale bread. 👌 The placemats were crumpled paper. They looked like they'd been reused! In short, nothing was right tonight! We didn't even get a chance to mention it to the waiter! The bill was exorbitant for a meal that was truly, truly, not exceptional. The prices are outrageous for this quality! 😡

12/09/2026: A good place to eat in Nantes. The food is good, the service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is nice. You'll have a good time, nothing too fancy. I recommend this place for a simple and enjoyable meal.
