22/04/2026: We enjoyed delicious crêpes in an unexpected place...it brought back childhood memories...pure bliss. We even got some to go to savor the moment a little longer ☺️...Thank you to the crêpe maker...The local cider is delicious. We will definitely be back.

02/01/2026: A great experience! The entire inn has a classic décor that immediately puts you in touch with the style of the southern French countryside. The location is strategic, allowing easy visits to cities like Carcassonne, Toulouse and Albi, as well as other equally charming smaller towns. The breakfast was sensational, with an excellent selection of local products. The owners were always very helpful, promptly assisting whenever we needed information or any extra service. The room, spacious, very comfortable and quiet, provided us with great hours of rest. A stay that combines charm, tranquility and hospitality.

02/12/2025: A delightful surprise! We received a very warm welcome. Tina, Jost, and Charles are hosts who know how to make your stay enjoyable. The setting is idyllic and the place is very peaceful. Breakfast was fantastic! I highly recommend it.

16/01/2026: In reality, it's more of an all-you-can-eat cafeteria than a proper restaurant. The food is very simple, but decent, and above all, very affordable. Drinks are also reasonably priced. The main drawback is that you have to take a plate and serve yourself, with no table service, which reinforces the cafeteria concept more than the restaurant concept.

25/12/2025: We ordered our Christmas Eve menus and we weren't disappointed at all. It was a delight from the appetizer to the meal, and a big thank you for the little gifts you included! I highly recommend this restaurant as we have never been disappointed and the food is excellent.

13/02/2026: Emilie and Sophie's welcome and attentiveness were simply EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you to them! The room was so clean, and the shower was spotless, nothing to complain about! The homemade meals, morning and evening, were just SO GOOD!!! The slopes are only 1km away, and there's a shuttle right outside the hotel, so it's a 15/10 overall! I can't wait to come back

01/02/2026: Three nights at the Adray for a ski trip with friends. First of all, the hotel is very easy to reach from Moutiers with few winding roads. That's a definite plus. No parking problems at the hotel. It takes less than five minutes by car to get to the Montalbert ski lifts, and parking is readily available. Alternatively, there's a shuttle bus with a stop just 30 meters away. The hotel, with its intimate size, has a family atmosphere and a certain cozy mountain charm, enhanced by the warm welcome and kindness of Sophie and Emilie. The hotel has its strengths and a few weaknesses, but for this price range, it's hard to find better in a large resort like La Plagne.

06/01/2026: A unique place, ideally located for exploring the region, on average 45 to 50 minutes from the main attractions: Chamonix, Thonon-les-Bains, Evan, Avoriaz, Italy, Geneva, Lake Annecy, Lake Geneva... etc. Patricia gave us a very warm welcome. The history of the place is steeped in emotion and great victories, both sporting and regional. Trophies adorn the walls. Don't hesitate to stop by. There's no restaurant, but breakfast and meals can be served in your room.

31/12/2025: We had a wonderful stay at the Gîte de l'Hôtel de l'Union with friends. Very pleasant, very well-equipped, and located in the charming village of Lullin. The owners are very helpful. We highly recommend it!

19/04/2026: Don't hesitate! Everything is perfect: the setting, the chef's cuisine, and the very kind waitress in period dress. We thoroughly enjoyed the local menu served with a local wine included in the price. A peaceful dinner by candlelight.

11/04/2026: A Restaurant of Two Faces It's hard not to have mixed feelings after a visit to this establishment. On the one hand, the cuisine is simply remarkable: flavorful, beautifully presented dishes made with quality ingredients and showcasing true culinary skill. Each plate is a delight, and you can sense the chef's expertise. Unfortunately, this excellent impression is largely marred by the service. During our visit, the waitress seemed completely overwhelmed, which can happen, but her attitude made the experience unpleasant. Inattentive, sometimes abrupt, even bordering on rude, she failed to create a welcoming or relaxed atmosphere. This is all the more regrettable because the quality of the food deserves far better. With service to match, this restaurant could be a truly excellent choice. As it stands, we left with mixed feelings: won over by the cuisine, but put off by the service.

She told us she was closed that day, but that she would open her restaurant to make us happy. I am very touched by this kind gesture. It's unheard of anywhere else.
