24/08/2026: A pleasant surprise. We arrived 30 minutes early after a lovely stroll, and found exactly what we were looking for in this traditional restaurant off the beaten path. Courtesy, excellent traditional food, attentive service, thoughtfulness, and quiet. Generous portions and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance. The Aligot here is apparently delicious!

20/09/2026: Superb location, beautiful stonework, pergolas, magnificent garden, lovely atmosphere, DJ in the evening. A real wow factor for my 8 guests. However, there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the phone reservation: tapas in the garden (?), instead of the restaurant inside. We were celebrating a 50th birthday, and I was a little disappointed upon arrival. I wanted our family to be surprised from the start of the evening, so it was a shame to have to wait for a response. After a few minutes of discussion with a waitress, they agreed to serve us our meal outside, as the restaurant was full. This slight awkwardness wasn't pleasant for me. The dishes were good and generous, the cocktails excellent, the service a little slow, but it was very busy. Another disappointment was when the birthday cake was served. It was a bit embarrassing. I had requested a cake without too much cream when I made the reservation, but what arrived was a very thin tart, about 1 cm thick! It was certainly good, but not up to par for a birthday cake, which was a shame... (especially since customer photos showed beautiful pastries). Luckily, the sparkler-style candles added a nice touch (and especially gave the cake some volume...lol), lit by a very friendly and funny waiter; I think he sensed my disappointment. I would recommend booking online; at least there's a record of what you really want and, above all, you avoid disappointment upon arrival, despite the absolutely magnificent setting. Perhaps they could also update the website with current photos, which is why I ended up calling to get some clarification and make a reservation (e.g., the menu that's no longer offered). I'd been before and we'll gladly return, just more careful when booking next time. It's missing a star for that reason. To end on a positive note, we all appreciated the gesture from management, who offered each of us a glass of champagne in a fantastic musical atmosphere, much enjoyed by our guests and our son for this rather special birthday... Everyone already has fond memories of the evening, and that was my wish. See you soon. 🤗

Thank you so much for the wonderful meal; it was a truly delightful experience. Our taste buds will remember it for a long time, especially the piece of cabecero! What a culinary delight! Wow! The presentation was beautiful. Not a single cold meal was served! We highly recommend it.

25/06/2026: Dishes that border on perfection. Incredible flavors. A place not to be missed. One drawback is the service: when you arrive, it takes forever for someone to greet you. Once seated, it can take up to half an hour before you're served. And then everyone is encouraged to leave quickly as soon as they've finished eating.

20/09/2026: A young couple took over the restaurant this winter. A very good restaurant. A breathtaking view of the Rhône Valley. Excellent and beautifully presented dishes. A pleasant waiter who offered good wine recommendations. We encourage them and highly recommend them!

14/09/2026: Absolutely top-notch. Delicious amuse-bouches to start. All the current appetizers, as well as the main courses and desserts, are extremely good, well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and of high quality. The service is very friendly, the view magnificent. I highly recommend it!

05/10/2026: I found the food very pretentious. The portions are really small... We were asked to guess the ingredients in each dish, which I found tedious, especially since sometimes we couldn't taste some of the ingredients at all – I don't see the point. You could put a drop of rose vinegar in my ramen, but I wouldn't taste it (I'm only half joking...). One of the dishes consisted of button mushrooms with a kombucha reduction or something like that... frankly, it tasted like industrial sweet soy sauce. And button mushrooms... well, that's not exactly sophisticated. We ordered two wine pairings, one with four glasses, the other with seven (including two sakes). I found the service stingy with the wine – again, far too little! Okay, we're in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and we come for an experience, but we also want to eat and drink well, for goodness' sake! A very nice discovery with a sake. The dessert was very interesting – unfortunately, the portion was too small. The service was very good. Total bill: €479 for two people. Espresso was €8, water was €7, and we didn't know what kind of water it was. Extremely disappointed 😞

24/09/2026: A unique experience. The food was really special. Unlike anything I've had before and was well worth the hefty price tag. We took the japanese style seating. At first I thought that blindly tasting and guessing the dishes was kind of strange but it turned out the be a great experience and was fun. The food itself - unbelievable. Really unique. The service was warm and attentive. Personally I found the atmosphere of the downstairs area unfit for a Michelin star and the price tag, but overall - really great.

30/03/2026: I highly recommend both the hotel and the hosts. The couple is as generous in their warm welcome as they are professional. This same positive attitude is reflected in their entire staff, who are extremely discreet and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in both summer and winter.

24/03/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. The owners are exceptionally hospitable, which started right before the reservation, by phone. The hotel has a great atmosphere; there is a wonderful sauna and an indoor pool, which was lovely to relax in after a day of skiing. The bar is inviting for a drink. The food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was very tasty and extensive. As for the rooms; the beds were good, and the bathroom facilities were nice; however, the lighting and windows (opening them slightly for fresh air) could be better. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this hotel!
