22/07/2026: I ordered entrecote, which came with potatoes, and it was delicious. I added Roquefort sauce, which was served separately in a small saucepan. Highly recommended.

26/07/2026: It seems like a lot of Koreans visit! The owner is so friendly, and you can buy good wines at really good prices. Highly recommended!!!

26/07/2026: We were traveling to Europe from the US and one of my wife's colleagues suggested stopping at Cave Vino Sapiens. The colleague had wine stored there. The visit was great with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thierry and Co went out of their way to help us better understand French wine. There was a nice crowd of locals enjoying an early evening out. Thierry even set us up with a wonderful spot for dinner. He even walked us to the restaurant (Cafe Caillou). The review is way overdue (I thought I already did it). Let's just say that we are going back to Paris in the fall of 2026 and making plans around returning to visit. It's a great place close to the Effiel Tower to relax. Be sure to ask Thierry for restaurant suggestions.

22/06/2026: First of all, a huge thank you to Pascal and his entire team for my daughter's christening, which was a resounding success thanks to their kindness, professionalism, and the quality of their food. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Despite the heat, everything was perfectly organized: fans, misters, and cold drinks were readily available. The garden is very well shaded, and the space is perfectly laid out for spending a pleasant time with family or friends. Well done to the whole team, and once again, a huge thank you! 🙏👏👏👏👏👏

18/07/2026: The restaurant looked perfect online… Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. For starters, we ordered a €10 tomato-burrata that consisted of only four elongated tomato slices, completely tasteless. We asked several times if the pasta was spicy. We were assured it wasn't, but in the end, it was so spicy that my son couldn't eat it. There was no children's menu available. Several dishes on the menu were unavailable, including the pizzas, because, and I quote, "the pizzeria is closed." We also asked for a doggy bag. The waiter told us they didn't do takeout and that he would simply wrap the pasta in aluminum foil. However, since the EGAlim law, restaurants are required to provide a container for taking home leftovers. In the end, €100 for three people, with a very disappointing experience. We won't be back.

25/07/2026: Stumbled across this wonderful little restaurant on our only night in Le Mans. We had the three course for E30 and each course seemed better than the previous, the tarte tatin being just delicious. Always a good sign when a place is packed with locals. Highly recommend!

19/08/2026: Passing through for the Dax festivities, I came with a friend. The duck breasts were delicious, as was the accompanying porcini mushroom sauce, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it; a great place in Dax. Maybe see you next year! 👋🙂

30/07/2026: Don't be fooled by the exterior, because inside the experience is well worth the trip! The staff is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! (Bonus points for the drawing board where we sketched at the end of our meal and shared a pleasant moment 🐢)

03/08/2026: The food is excellent: salads, sandwiches, pita bread, and delicious homemade cakes. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or an afternoon snack, and very reasonably priced. The locals are very friendly and hardworking.

08/05/2026: What a shame, this beautiful restaurant isn't what it used to be. The meal was mediocre, and the service was no longer up to par—served from the left, nothing on the table, not even a placemat, and the staff seemed to be having a good time, etc. It's the restaurant where I proposed to my wife 25 years ago, and we loved returning every year, but we were truly shocked by such a change. It used to have a Michelin star, but that's no longer the case. It's such a shame; year after year we've noticed a decline in quality, but this time it's too much. You replied that you couldn't find any reviews on my profile because I don't usually leave them. My in-laws always make the reservations, but we won't be going back. We expressed our dissatisfaction in person, and we must have passed it on to you.
