11/09/2024: Favorite meal I had in Paris, in fact this steak is the best I have had in my life so far- The steak au poivre is an absolute must! Cooked perfectly with a wonderful pepper sauce and nice thick fries. Apple tart was a great desert as well and the fish carpaccio with passion fruit was a light and refreshing. I recommend you to make a reservation as it was busy.
07/09/2024: Phenomenal steak, perfectly cooked with the best peppercorn sauce. Different type of meal to L’Entrecôte but equally good. Super friendly staff. All round great experience.

18/12/2024: Coffee in one of the streets of old Paris. I had cappuccino and hot chocolate. Beautiful coffee in the winter. If you pass by its street, I recommend trying it.
14/12/2024: Café du Centre was an exceptional dining experience and one of the highlights of our visit to Paris. The waiter who attended to us was outstanding – incredibly kind, attentive, and in great spirits. As foreigners, this kind of warm hospitality is something we really appreciate, especially in Paris, where it’s not always the norm.
The food was phenomenal. We tried the duck and the ravioli with mushrooms and truffle, both of which were absolutely delicious. For dessert, we indulged in the profiterole served on French toast, which was the perfect way to end the meal.
The atmosphere and vibes were fantastic – cozy, welcoming, and the kind of place that makes you want to linger. We can’t wait to return the next time we’re in Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing dining experience!

We knew the V’Four was crowded, there the atmosphere was more than calm….
I cannot recommend any of the dishes below named since they were not presented to us…

27/08/2024: Exquisite cuisine. Felt like a hidden gem, known by the locals. Every course was an adventure. Delicious flavors and beautiful presentation. Our waiter was the perfect level of attentive, and the atmosphere was serene. We had a truly special evening at H Kitchen.

The warm welcome from the staff and the professionalism of the service is truly worthy of a 5 star, from the reception to the restaurant, from the spa (incredible massages!) to room service.
We never tire of the view of the Ventoux, the tranquility of the village and of course the decor of the very comfortable room.
