05/07/2025: Goldsmithing on the plate with seasonal products. St Honoré is of great class from the visual to the firmness of the cabbages, everything is there to delight the taste buds. The prices are fair as is the chef's know-how. I recommend without hesitation. In the photo the rum baba.
12/06/2025: Superb pastry, I had a very successful Saint Honoré, a good play on texture especially with the very well made caramel adding a pleasant crunch, the choux were very well made and the whipped cream very light.

21/09/2024: La bouillabaisse était comme annoncé très chère (comme partout) mais sans goût. Au point que nous n'avons pris aucun plaisir à ce repas et que nous n'avons pu finir nos assiettes. La soupe de poisson était claire et vraiment peu parfumée, les poissons en quantité en paraissaient insipides. Le service en 3 temps est sans doute traditionnel et culturel mais il n'a plus vraiment lieu d'être : nous nous sommes dispensés du 3e service avec encore du poisson bouilli dans du bouillon pas bon.
La bouillabaisse, à l'origine un plat simple et peu onéreux de pêcheurs, semble encore réalisée selon cette recette ancestrale, mais elle est vendue à un prix sans commune mesure ! Un attrape-nigaud sous couvert de tradition provençale. Ce n'est pas mieux probablement dans les autres restaurants qui servent cette specialité.

09/11/2024: Passing through Etampes, on the advice of the hotel. The setting of this restaurant doesn't look like much, but the food is excellent. French cuisine revisited in a Japanese style. Establishment very well rated in Gault et Millau. And very fair price. I recommend.

On August 21 at lunchtime, we were offered the Menu of the Day which included: starter, main course, dessert and a quarter of wine. The value for money is exceptional, in addition to being plentiful and very well presented, the dishes were delicious.
The staff is smiling, caring and very friendly.
The terrace is very pleasant, in the shade of the vines.
We can only recommend this place and look forward to returning to try the evening menu.
20/08/2024: Nous avons très bien dîné, le menu a 33 euros propose plusieurs choix et le rapport qualité prix excellent. Très bon accueil, je recommande vivement.

09/08/2024: We came on the advice of the florist who rents nice accommodation and we tasted the refined and copious cuisine of the inn. We were recommended to book and it was very good advice!.
