31/01/2026: La Bouitte is a 5-star hotel that truly deserves its rating. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive, regardless of their role. The service is of the highest quality, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a mountain chalet style (we stayed in the Marie suite). Their Michelin-starred restaurant is a culinary experience not to be missed, even if the prices are rather high compared to other starred restaurants we've dined at. One minor drawback: the ski boot rack in the garage is open to everyone, which led to a mix-up when a guest checked out and took our boots instead of their own. It took the hotel a few days to locate them, but the staff handled the situation perfectly and sent them back to us. Luckily, this happened right before our departure; otherwise, it would have been complicated and frustrating to go skiing! We highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and high-quality stay.

03/12/2024: Having come to this restaurant by chance and at the end of our service, we found a warm and professional welcome. Everything is homemade and the menu is small so at the end of the service a dish or two was missing, but that's normal and it's very good like that! Not an extension card. Tasty and simple cuisine. For my part it was Poultry Tournedos and crème brulée. Everything was perfect. Don't hesitate!

08/01/2026: I'm a spa guest and have been going there for three years on a full-board basis. The owner, Romain, is incredibly helpful, as are the staff. Everyone is very friendly. As for the meals, I have no complaints; I don't eat better at home. Discretion, respect, nothing to criticize. Just one small drawback: the Wi-Fi quality in the rooms.

01/03/2026: The renovated rooms were beautiful. The only downside was that we arrived Saturday evening at 7 pm and all the restaurants were full. There was nothing to eat except perhaps takeaway pizzas.

21/02/2026: Newly renovated rooms, exactly what you'd expect from a Campanile in this area. Easy to eat nearby, and a full breakfast is provided. Perfect for a stopover; basic amenities but everything you need is there. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely welcome! 🙃

The rooms are spacious and equipped with comfortable beds. Everything looks quite new and well-maintained. The restaurant offers a daily menu, but we dined à la carte. The food was excellent.

21/01/2026: An absolutely exceptional stay in Beaufort! We were a group of six friends in this mountain refuge perched at 2,000 meters altitude, and the experience far exceeded all our expectations. Being able to ski and snowboard all week, being the first on the slopes each morning, is a rare and unforgettable luxury. The conditions were simply ideal, the setting incredible, and the atmosphere magical. The food, entirely homemade, was delicious and comforting after wonderful days in the mountains. A huge thank you to the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and helpfulness, which greatly contributed to making this stay unique. If only Google allowed 6 stars, they would be well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
