26/04/2026: While visiting my husband's childhood village, we had a wonderful stay at L'Ouillette, a hotel and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; dinner and breakfast were perfect, the rooms were clean, and the owner was charming. We had a few requests, and she responded positively each time. We will definitely be back; I highly recommend this establishment!

24/04/2026: We had a fantastic lunch here whilst wine tasting in the area. A variety of fixed menu options. Food was really excellent. As was the service. And an interesting range of great local wines by the glass: Maranges, Mercurey, Santenay etc. Would love to eat here again one day!

30/08/2026: The sea bream ceviche salad was delicious!

23/08/2026: The welcome was as warm as ever. On this market day, we sat outside in a pleasant atmosphere on the shaded terrace. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, no one had paid us any attention. So we left without having bought anything.

25/04/2026: We dined here on April 17th. It's a wonderful place. The owners presented each dish to us, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The menu is short, but every dish seemed to have been carefully prepared. Our meals were delicious. The restaurant is small, with a friendly bar that gives it a warm atmosphere. Its decor, reminiscent of an old wine cellar, was particularly pleasant on that warm day. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

28/03/2026: Traditional, homemade cuisine at a very reasonable price. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons. We ate very well, especially the Graulenne rouille we had that day! Friendly and attentive staff! Highly recommended.

18/09/2026: We came here as a family and had a superb meal with sophisticated cuisine. The chef always offers dishes that are out of the ordinary at a very reasonable price. Bravo for your originality and expertise! Keep up the great work! The welcome was pleasant. We returned in April and it was still excellent.

07/08/2026: A charming place, the menu is spectacular. We went as a family and ordered almost every dish on the menu, and each one was better than the last. The desserts were equally impressive. And, of course, they have excellent wines from Saint Louis de Monferrat itself. We left the restaurant delighted and will definitely be back for a meal after our trip to Bordeaux!

24/09/2026: From the moment you step inside, you feel at ease. The warm atmosphere is created by the decor and the friendly waitresses; Pauline goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. The cocktails, drinks, and platters make you want to order more. It's the perfect place to spend a lovely evening with friends, as a couple, or even alone, as the regulars will make you feel comfortable and help you enjoy a wonderful night out.

18/10/2026: The tarte flambée was good, but there's a world of difference between that and proclaiming oneself the emperor of tarte flambée. On the other hand, the dining room was extremely noisy, which contributed to spoiling the evening.

12/10/2026: Disappointed by the brunch We booked the brunch-concert for four people (1:30 pm seating) on ​​Sunday, October 11th. It's worth noting that it's an all-you-can-eat buffet brunch (not very clear on the website). You have to wait in line for a good twenty minutes to get served. The queue is long and the tables are close together, so the concert starts with a swarm of people milling around behind you and sucking in their stomachs when they have to pass each other. The food is good and varied, with plenty of it—a great buffet. Thanks to the kitchen staff. While the website indicated that the concert was from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm, the band left before 3:00 pm, which is quite soon after the clatter of cutlery had subsided. It was difficult to enjoy the musicians. The staff then asked us to leave at 3:30 pm because the venue was closing. Overall, not a relaxing experience. Table service or at least better flow management would greatly improve the experience.

12/10/2026: An exceptional brunch with a great atmosphere and attentive staff. The venue is lovely, and the live music features excellent artists. A great experience to repeat.
