05/08/2026: It's not an experience, it's an enchantment. With all due respect to Michelin-starred restaurants, between Michelin stars and going to Jeannette's, there's no question. It's not good, excellent, extraordinary...no, it's incredibly miraculous. The Mimosa Eggs, the duck confit with baby vegetables, the macaroni and cheese with truffle ham, the Amarena Cake, the rum baba... They say "To love to the point of death," but at Jeannette's it's "To savor until you die." As for the service and the atmosphere, you're not in a restaurant, you're with family, plus friends who have come to join you. If you're ever in the Corbières region, go to Jeannette's; you mustn't miss this enchanting experience.

29/04/2026: Very convenient hotel, close to the highway exit. Excellent facility with ample free parking, a restaurant, meeting room, billiards room, pool, bar, and a great outdoor area, although I didn't use any of them because I was just passing through (for one night). The room wasn't very large but was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. However, there was no mini-fridge, and I would have appreciated at least a small bottle of water. Friendly staff.

14/08/2026: The meat was good quality and the wood-fired cooking was excellent, but unfortunately, the side dishes were ridiculously small for the price. There were no fries because the fryer was broken, but any good restaurant finds workarounds, whereas here, we only got a vegetable skewer. I think we were served by students, but the service briefing must have been poor. It was very complicated: no water or wine refills, and the bread arrived halfway through dinner because "it was still frozen"... We had a reservation for 7:30 pm. How can the start of service have so many hiccups? In short, I used to go there often, but this time I was very disappointed. What a shame.

19/08/2026: An app I use counted the calories in the photo of my dish to direct me here. This ham hock had plenty of protein for my needs and it was tasty. The service is quick in this pleasant dining room.

The location is excellent—set amidst the lush, green surroundings of Hasparren, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still feeling well connected. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was a highlight, with delicious Basque flavors that felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared. A lovely place to relax and truly enjoy the stay.

22/03/2026: A beautifully decorated room, with many thoughtful touches upon arrival (Basque cake, complimentary drinks in the refrigerator). The peaceful Basque countryside. A superb breakfast with the chef personally bringing the eggs and bacon – very classy!

25/06/2026: Beautiful, peaceful location with a swimming pool. The room was very clean and pleasant, and the welcome was very friendly and warm. Thank you to the chef for the lovely, fresh, and generous plate of food. We will definitely be back.

14/06/2026: Excellent stay at this hotel! The property is ideally located in a quiet and relaxing setting. The swimming pool is a real bonus for unwinding after a day on the road. We were particularly impressed by the warm welcome extended to our group of motorcyclists. The rooms are very comfortable, with king-size beds! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to motorcyclists and all travelers seeking tranquility and a friendly atmosphere. We will gladly return! 🏍️☀️🏊‍♂️
