01/08/2026: It's always a pleasure, which I would describe as intense, to dine at Restaurant des Sources! I've even come to eat alone once! 😀 Be warned, you need to book at least 7, sometimes even 10 or 15 days in advance to have any hope of getting a table! Especially during peak season like now. That just goes to show how popular the restaurant is! After the chef's amuse-bouches, you have a choice of classic starters: the sweetbreads, absolutely divine! The homemade foie gras, always excellent! And two other starters that may change depending on the season and the chef's inspiration, but I'm never disappointed—always with combinations and seasonings that delight your taste buds! And if you don't want a main course, you can choose a dessert, which is always perfectly executed, or skip the starter and opt for a main course and dessert... in short, nothing is imposed on you! And the chef and the service are far superior to a certain Hôtel de France in the region! No, I don't get a special rate at the Sources restaurant to make that claim! Anyway, I'm going back at the beginning of August with my son 😀🥰!

12/06/2026: An excellent restaurant! I love restaurants, they're my thing, but truly the best cut of beef I've ever eaten (mature beef). The sweetbreads were excellent. I've been to Michelin-starred restaurants... this one has two stars, plus the sorbets are 98% fruit, made by a master ice cream maker—pure bliss! The chef is passionate, with love and respect. The waitress was extraordinary, a truly wonderful welcome. I will definitely be back with friends. It's an hour and a half drive, no problem. A delight made with the finest ingredients... 26/07/2026: Disappointed by this last experience. The food isn't what it used to be. I ordered the prawn risotto, but the sauce tasted burnt. I pointed it out to the waiter, who told me it was normal. However, I've had this dish several times before, and it's never tasted like that. The quality is unfortunately no longer there; it's a shame.

14/06/2026: We'll be returning to this place very soon for another weekend getaway because we loved everything about it. The hotel, the food, the location, and of course, the staff. A bonus is that pets are allowed. Parking is easy, and the Montligeon Basilica is a masterpiece nearby. I highly recommend it.

07/08/2026: We spent just one night in this small hotel during our recent motorcycle road trip through the Auvergne region. The word "Welcome" deserves a capital W for this establishment; the owner's smile and friendliness are genuine and warm. The rooms are simple but perfectly adequate, and the food is very good, with excellent dishes served! We highly recommend this establishment; it's well worth a stop!

09/08/2026: A truly refreshing spot with the river flowing below, nestled in an authentic cabin. A family meal with this rustic yet incredibly pleasant break on a beautiful summer evening. I recommend the pizzas we had as an appetizer, but the rest of the menu is just as good. Free parking right next door.

16/08/2026: A place that gets the details right. The onion soup was delicious and served at the right temperature – you could actually eat it right away, not scalding hot like in so many places. The tartiflette was very good, and the fondue had the perfect consistency: thick enough for easy dipping, but not so thick that you end up with a huge glob of cheese on your bread. The friendly team made the whole experience even better.

16/08/2026: We had dinner as a group of four and had a lovely time. The dishes were well-seasoned and perfectly portioned, the special crust was delicious, and the Liège coffee was truly authentic. Everything was good, and we had a pleasant evening. Thank you.

29/06/2026: A must-try, it's a true culinary journey for the taste buds. It's worth noting that they only use seasonal products and everything is homemade, from the bread to the puff pastry!

17/06/2026: A wonderful birthday meal for my friend, introducing her to some delicious food! Very refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented! The server was attentive and offered a good wine selection. They were able to accommodate her dietary restrictions. 👌🥰 Excellent value for money.

16/05/2026: Everything is perfect. The rooms. The spa. The reception. The breakfast. The location. We spent a timeless moment in a bubble of comfort and well-being, hidden in a verdant setting.

14/05/2026: Never use The Originals Hotels' online booking system. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed us that there were two reservations under the same name for the same dates and room type. We did not make a second reservation and never received any email, text message, or notification from the hotel or The Originals Hotels platform regarding this alleged double booking. The concrete consequences of this error: our neighbor, who wanted to join us, was refused a room due to lack of availability, even though the system had registered a phantom reservation. Despite the obvious malfunction of the booking system (and not any error on our part), the hotel forced us to pay for the second reservation, which resulted solely from a technical failure of the platform and not from a double booking.

08/08/2026: We had lunch at La Sirène as a family during our day trip to the island and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were flavorful, all at reasonable prices. The shaded terrace in front of the restaurant is simple yet pleasant, with a welcome, refreshing breeze on the day of our visit. The service was quick and friendly.

12/07/2026: A great place to grab a bite or a drink. The staff are lovely, we received a very warm welcome despite the heat, I highly recommend it.

22/07/2026: A lovely spot in Meymac, right in the heart of the farmers' market. The waitress found us a table despite the crowded terrace. We were able to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of this unmissable event: the farmers' market. The menu is simple but varied, with appetizing salads and delicious desserts.

03/06/2026: We arrived very late at lunch time and we knew there was nothing open anymore but I guess the owner was beautifully understanding and charming and we received a lunch that was delicious!! All the details were made with love and fresh - we will definitely come again especially the politeness an sweetness how we were treated made our day magical. Thank you!!

24/04/2026: Excellent and original mocktails (the cocoa was a delightful discovery with the raspberry and lemon). Special mention for the freshness of the raspberries. A chill spot. Highly recommended.
