14/08/2026: We went there last night. What a disappointment! We arrived, asked for a table, were seated facing the sun, and were told that the awning was unfortunately broken. We asked if we could have another table and were told that everything was reserved. Strangely, an hour later, many tables were available. I was eating with my sunglasses on, but the waiter didn't seem to mind. However, he was clearly bothered by the sun because he couldn't see anything on the tablet when taking our order. What would it have cost him to move us to another table? We were so disappointed that we won't be going back and won't be recommending it. Nathalie

15/04/2026: We went as a group of four. The waiter's friendliness couldn't compensate for the kitchen problems. It took 20 minutes between the first and fourth people being served. The food was average. And to top it all off, our coffee arrived cold.

30/05/2026: The terrace was very pleasant, but the service wasn't very fast. The galettes were perfectly adequate, but nothing special.

27/05/2026: A new find for us, discovered by chance! An authentic crêperie with a young owner… well done! The terrace is lovely and very peaceful! The food and desserts are also very good! PERFECT value for money!

30/07/2026: Thank you, it was good and reasonably priced. The waitresses were professional and friendly, and the ice cream was excellent. The terrace was very pleasant and shaded, with a lovely fountain.

23/07/2026: Lunch break was fantastic! I received a very warm welcome, the Caesar salad was excellent, the homemade desserts were a real treat, and I loved the iced tea! Special mention for the delicious lychee juice. I highly recommend it!

09/06/2026: A superb establishment that retains its old-world charm while offering modern amenities. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A stunning, uninterrupted view of the lake.

09/06/2026: Fantastic experience, beautiful location, great service. Classic structural architecture and room design combined with a modern guest experience. Location on Lake Annecy is ++. Our room was floor 3 facing the lake - moderate temps enabled us to sleep with windows open to smell and feel the cool lake air. Took a fun cycling tour around the lake with a lunch stop in Annecy - quaint, interesting town. Menus were classic French and high quality. Only downside - numerous patrons who smoke cigarettes sitting in public areas. Smell permeates most public spaces, including the indoor bar area, the outdoor balcony area. Be prepared and be patient.

20/08/2026: We booked and received a confirmation via text message. When we arrived on time, the owner informed us that he'd made a mistake with our reservation and kicked us out of the restaurant without any compensation, telling us that we'd easily find a restaurant (on a Monday evening). Unfortunately, that wasn't the case... We'd never been treated like this in such a highly rated restaurant in our life... The owner's response didn't reflect reality. For us, the problem wasn't that they'd made a mistake, which can happen to anyone, but how we were treated. We had to ask for compensation ourselves, but they sent us somewhere else, telling us that if a table became available at 9, we could eat there... With no guarantee whatsoever. I don't usually write anything but positive reviews, and we come to Briançon every year. We've never been treated like this in other restaurants.

19/08/2026: While passing through Briançon, we were charmed by this place. The service was impeccable, the food excellent. Fantastic value for money! Well done to the team and thank you for this wonderful experience :)

30/07/2026: The waiter/manager is unpleasant… he refuses to give carafes of water to anyone except his friends, requires a credit card for purchases over €10… he doesn't make you want to come back and then complains about how hard it is to fill his bar. He should start by being more courteous and welcoming, and not just to his friends.

30/07/2026: The bar owner refused to give us a carafe of water in the middle of a heatwave. We finally managed to get one after asking the bartender directly, just before the owner started complaining to the bartender himself. He ended up telling us he was "offering it to us with pleasure." Avoid at all costs.

16/05/2026: The only downside is that the price of brunch has increased by €6 (+18%), making it prohibitively expensive compared to what is offered.

10/05/2026: Impeccable service. Regarding the dishes, no single flavor overpowered the others; everything was perfectly balanced.
