20/05/2026: Overall, a great time at Sababa! The terrace is pleasant, even if there isn't much space... you'll find more room inside, where it has a beach hut vibe reminiscent of the Arcachon Basin ⚓️ The tapas are made fresh, and you can tell they're well-prepared! ✅⭐️ The prices are in line with the neighborhood, so don't come here to save money... 🤑 The waitresses are charming, but I felt they were a bit pushy, because as soon as your glass is empty, they're there to ask if you want another one (I understand that's part of being a bar, but I'd never experienced it to this extent). That said, I'll be back, as I'm often in this area! And the chef was friendly too, so everyone's happy! 👍🏻🙏🏻🍻

We went next door to "Le Bureau," which we recommend for its warm welcome. We had an aperitif there and stayed for dinner. Is that the Belin spirit, Michel?

24/04/2026: A disappointing experience, less because of the dessert itself than because of how the customer feedback was handled. The salted caramel cake had a significant flaw: a very runny texture and a strong rancid butter taste, with a persistent aftertaste of salted parmesan. We raised the issue in good faith, without being aggressive. The response: immediate denial. No one came to examine our dessert; another cake was tasted in the kitchen and deemed "normal," and no compensation was offered. A production incident is easily managed when the customer is taken seriously. Here, the choice was to ignore us. It's a shame; that's what we'll remember.
