09/01/2026: One of the rare gem to find in Cannes; went there in November with a friend and we loved it; wanted to try another time with my fiancée to confirm our first experience and it was even better than the first time…just to see the smile on my fiancée’s face. Classic French menu with creative touch and twitch; we try escargots in pastry, duck magret with ginger sauce and Argentine Steak cooked at perfection. Try the crepes Suzette - a must do! Girl server was super pro and friendly; the place was pack from local high end clientele which tells you how good this place is. Not a tourist trap at all…ONLY locals know this spot. Very affordable for such quality experience. Will definitely go back in our next trip to Cannes.

04/12/2025: By far the best meal that I've had in Cannes for the entire week I was here. Despite it not looking like much from the outside, the food felt like it was cooked with love and had the look and taste of a beautifully home cooked meal. We ordered the Escargot and the Duck and both were absolutely fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant any day of the week and although it's not in the main restaurant area, it is worth your time to experience this lovely dining experience for yourself.

23/11/2025: Asian fondue for two: €68. For that price, we were served a small platter of defrosted meat swimming in its own juices, a shell-on egg placed directly on top, some basic vegetables, vermicelli noodles, generic fried rice, and a camping stove with some kind of broth. The quality was very poor, the presentation questionable, and the hygiene frankly debatable. We told the restaurant owner that the meal wasn't good: he simply laughed and took our money, without any attempt at self-reflection. I barely ate any of the meal. At that price, it's simply unacceptable. There's no reason to go back.

07/12/2025: A meal in Lyon for a change of scenery: pike quenelle with crayfish sauce, calf's head with gribiche sauce, and pan-seared salmon... I recommend the pike quenelle...

26/01/2025: Really very disappointed, endless wait. Not great pancakes served almost cold. It doesn't make you want to come back.

25/01/2025: Saturday 25, around 7 p.m., it was not possible to create your cake à la carte due to a lack of staff, a real shame and it's definitely not our problem. Unfortunately for us, the usual crispness of the pancake was not there and the filling was a little light. Dessert will be taken elsewhere!

30/10/2025: Terrible service, frankly mediocre and rather expensive galettes. Many dishes were unavailable; avoid this place.

23/09/2025: Always a pleasure to stop by for a small galette followed by a delicious crepe. There's plenty of choice and the prices are reasonable. And even if I have some crazy questions, the manager takes the time to answer them. Plan to book, it gets busy.

30/10/2025: The food was acceptable, nothing special, but the welcome and service need improvement...bordering on rudeness...in short, we won't be back.

03/11/2025: A wonderful discovery at La Bonne Franquette in Noizay! The welcome is truly warm, the atmosphere natural and relaxed, perfect for a leisurely lunch with family or friends. The dishes are homemade, generous, and prepared with fresh ingredients; you can taste the care put into each plate. The terrace or the inner courtyard, depending on the weather, makes the experience even more enjoyable. The menu offers excellent value for money, and the service is both quick and attentive. An address I wholeheartedly recommend… and one I will gladly return to!

14/10/2025: This restaurant may not look like much from the outside, but it's not exactly disappointing with the food and the staff. The dining room is hidden away at the end of the garden and is very friendly. In short, the food is very good and inexpensive. P.S.: Since everything is homemade, if you come at the end of the service, don't be picky about your dessert choices. That's the price you pay for quality and freshness.
