07/05/2026: A warm and welcoming reception from the two owners, a couple who run their hotel on their own. We greatly appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast very complete. A peaceful stopover, ideal for exploring the region and avoiding less desirable accommodations. Good value for money!

17/06/2026: Everything you come to Ménilmontant for. Chef and owner Geoffroy Cesbron Lavau is of Anjou and Norman (Calvados) descent. He worked in the UK, where his wife Tara is from. And he's been running this beautiful establishment, located not far from Père Lachaise cemetery, since 2011. This lunchtime, mackerel fillet with a virgin sauce of pine nuts and olives, bulgur wheat and sun-dried tomatoes; filet mignon with a honey and spice jus, and polenta with Parmesan. To accompany this enormous bottle of L’Enchentoir Blanc 2020 from Manoir de la Tête Rouge, capable of delighting Chenin Blanc lovers beyond words. What a stunner! Bar Nectoux has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. When the 96 bus line is running, it drops you off just steps away!

02/04/2026: Great bar in Montauban, I highly recommend it. Whether you're there for a meal or just a drink, you're guaranteed a great time. The atmosphere is fantastic, friendly and lively; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Whether it's lunchtime or dinnertime, there's always a great vibe. The food is delicious, a real treat. And the drinks are just as good, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with friends. A truly excellent spot, I highly recommend it.

23/05/2026: Typical restaurant to eat good Swiss specialties in the French style. Raclettes, foundes, pierrades...a paradise for lovers of melted cheese. Reasonable prices considering it is Paris and a specialized restaurant. Good treatment by the staff.

24/04/2026: A warm welcome and the restaurant is always tastefully decorated. My dish was underseasoned, and the coconut mousse dessert lacked coconut flavor and fruit. Portions were a bit small for the price, but the ingredients were good.

26/05/2026: A lovely restaurant located a little outside of town on a hill. Beautiful terrace overlooking a small pond. Delicious food – reasonable prices. They have a separate children's menu. The waiter was very friendly.

15/05/2026: Dinner with friends (8 people) in the evening. A very pleasant surprise for a brasserie that could easily be considered low-end. In fact, the dishes were quite well-prepared, and the desserts were excellent too, especially the profiteroles. All this for a very reasonable price. In short, a great place to eat in this small town. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: The Caesar salad was great, but the welcome was poor. The service and reception were unpleasant, and I was very disappointed with this restaurant when we left. They need to improve their customer service.

02/05/2026: I highly recommend this establishment. The staff are super friendly, especially Folco, who did us a great service by driving us back to Nernier. My wife and I just had a drink, and we struck up a very natural conversation with Folco. He's remarkably kind 😉

25/03/2026: I am extremely disappointed. My 17-year-old daughter went to buy a tuna pizza to take away. There were large chunks of tuna on top, not flaked, and I find the price very high for a tuna pizza (€18). My daughter also told me the waitress wasn't welcoming.

10/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience this evening, having come for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was empty, yet the welcome was cold from beginning to end. No effort was made to make the occasion even remotely warm or pleasant. The birthday cake was rushed out without a word: "Who's this for?" even before all the guests had returned to their tables. Then we were simply told, "You can relight the candles." Not a single kind word. Frankly, for a birthday, this is quite unacceptable and, above all, very unprofessional. It's a shame because one expects a minimum of attention and friendliness at this type of event, especially in a restaurant of this caliber. The overall impression is one of rushed service, with no consideration for the customers.

02/05/2026: An experience I've repeated several times because this place is so magical, and the menu makes you want to try everything. Suzy and her team are so kind and genuine that you feel like you're both in a gourmet restaurant and at home. I highly recommend it!
