14/06/2026: Run for your lives! This place used to be a staple for me! It's a disgrace! The welcome was icy. The service was a bit haphazard, but the young man was pleasant, looking sheepish and exhausted, I think. And that was the only decent thing on the menu, which says it all! The starter was passable. If you want to taste the Mediterranean Sea, I recommend the fish soup; it's also salty! There was a mistake with the main course order, which must have been served ice cold to another table… In the end, a piece of beef that wasn't really beef at all. An overcooked sirloin steak at best! A shoe leather at worst, and my feet would have been killing me. Homemade fries, well done! But raw!!!! What a disaster! And for dessert, French toast, which was a slice of stale, dry, and toasted brioche with a scoop of rancid ice cream and runny whipped cream! All for €64 with a beer and a glass of rosé. The dining room is in a horrible and disgusting state. The toilets are even worse! Major hygiene problem… Help! Absolutely avoid this place!

31/05/2026: We came with friends for Mother's Day lunch. Authentic and made with heart. That's what we love. Welcoming staff, the chef even came to the dining room to check if everything was alright. We absolutely loved the set menu: quiche bourguignon with potatoes or fish with potatoes, and for dessert, a strawberry mille-feuille. We ate incredibly well. It was simple, certainly, but truly authentic and made with love, and we could see it in every bite. We'll definitely be back. Why not for a traditional afternoon tea with Burgundy cheese?

20/05/2026: What a lovely experience. The Bavette with fries was delicious, the service super friendly, and the prices reasonable. We hadn't made a reservation, so the options were a bit limited. If you don't want to take any risks, it's best to make a reservation.

09/06/2026: We got married at Domaine de La Ferrière on June 6, 2026, and honestly, we couldn't have dreamed of a better place to celebrate our wedding. From our first visit until the day after the wedding, we felt supported, listened to, and cared for. A huge thank you to Angélique, the event manager, who was absolutely exceptional. Her follow-up was impeccable from beginning to end. For every question, every doubt, or every request, a simple text message was all it took to get a quick and precise answer. She managed our schedule with incredible professionalism and always looked for solutions to meet our needs. Without her, our wedding simply wouldn't have been the same. The day before the wedding, we discovered a room already prepared according to all the instructions we had provided beforehand: table layout, number of people per table, chairs, overall organization… Everything was already set up. We arrived with our decorations at 9:30 a.m., and by 2:00 p.m., everything was finished. This help took an enormous mental load off our shoulders at a time when every minute counted. The fact that the Domaine also provided catering was a huge advantage. It eliminated the need to coordinate multiple vendors and greatly simplified the organization. And above all… what a meal! We received an impressive number of compliments from our guests. Several people told us they had never eaten such delicious meat. Others confided that it was the first time they had ever eaten so well at a wedding. When nearly a hundred guests spontaneously comment on the quality of a meal, it truly is exceptional. The quality of the catering clearly contributed to the success of our wedding. The service was seamless, the courses flowed perfectly, without excessive waiting. Even our DJ told us that the quality of the audiovisual and sound equipment was among the best he had ever encountered at a reception venue. The Domaine is magnificent. And honestly, the photos available online don't do it justice. The grounds, the greenery, the outdoor spaces, and the overall atmosphere are even more beautiful in person. The 28 rooms are a real asset for guests traveling from afar. All our rooms were booked, and those lucky enough to stay in the suites were absolutely delighted. It was even a very pleasant surprise for some of them. We also greatly appreciated the on-site babysitters, an extremely convenient service that allowed parents to fully enjoy the evening. Even when a guest felt unwell during the reception, the team reacted with remarkable calm and efficiency. They handled the situation discreetly, provided immediate assistance, and we didn't even have to worry about it. It's this kind of attention to detail that demonstrates the team's professionalism and experience. We received hundreds of compliments on our wedding, and many of them were thanks to Domaine de La Ferrière and its staff. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose the exact same place, without the slightest hesitation. 10/11/2025: EXCELLENT. The praline cookie is the best cookie I've ever eaten. The pastries are also incredibly good. The bakery is very clean, the products are well-stocked even during off-peak hours, and the presentation is so beautiful; you can see the care and effort that went into making them. Well worth the price. A lovely bakery, just the way we like them.
