09/04/2026: My first time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with excellent soundproofing. The daily special included an amuse-bouche, a main course (fish or meat), and a gourmet coffee (or tea), all at a good price and served quickly. I recommend it.

28/06/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant with friends. All the waitresses were incredibly attentive. I'm lactose intolerant, and they were able to prepare dishes to suit my needs. A special mention goes to Cécile, who was exceptionally warm and caring. We thoroughly enjoyed the menu. I personally ordered the lamb chops, which were absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this restaurant.

28/05/2026: The crepes were very good (we only had savory ones, very generously filled and tasty), and their waterside terrace is lovely! Thanks to the servers, even though we waited and were served after a large group arrived after us, we weren't -too- hungry 🤣 They were pleasant to everyone, and they even found a way for us to be seated by the water!

24/05/2026: An exceptional evening for a very special birthday! We were at L’Alchémille in Kaysersberg last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by this exceptional place: an elegant and welcoming setting, both modern and respectful of the surrounding nature. The service was simply perfect: friendly, warm, precise, and highly professional. The staff are attentive, discreet when necessary, and always available, with that Alsatian "verbindlich" touch that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, it’s a true culinary journey. The dishes are meticulously prepared, innovative, and delicate, while beautifully showcasing local produce. You can taste the work of Chef Jérôme Jaegle and his love for nature: a wonderful discovery of new scents and flavors thanks to the remarkable use of aromatic herbs and seasonal ingredients. Each bite is a pleasant surprise, refined and full of creativity, without ever being overdone. We had a magical evening, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant that truly deserves its reputation. A gastronomic experience that combines elegance, authenticity, and emotion. We will definitely be back!

13/05/2026: A visit to the bistronomy restaurant for lunch. We discovered the "market fresh" menu. Simple ingredients prepared with excellence, and incredible sauces that perfectly complemented the produce. The service was top-notch, provided by a head waiter who knew his cuisine and wine cellar inside and out. As a bonus, the chef himself came to check on his guests. Very good. We'll definitely be back to explore the full gastronomic offerings.

20/04/2026: I highly recommend Domaine de Presle. We booked the entire estate for our wedding. The venue is truly magical: a charming little château in a lovely flower-filled courtyard, surrounded by a delightful park with a pond where you'll find ponies, goats, ducks, and ducklings. The château's bedrooms are very cute, the decor is exquisite, and the bridal suite is perfect for taking beautiful photos during the bride's preparations and for the wedding night. The other rooms outside the château were also a big hit with our guests, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to accommodate up to 70 people on-site. The reception hall is full of charm with its white stone walls and exposed beams. From a service perspective, we received exceptional support: we were given excellent advice on finding competent vendors, and the team welcomed us and managed the logistics with all the vendors involved in our wedding. They had a solution for every problem and were very accommodating. Getting married in the spring, with no guarantee of good weather, we had planned an indoor cocktail reception, but given the glorious sunshine, the team adapted and offered us an outdoor reception, decided that very morning. The Domaine's restaurant prepared a delicious meal for our guests, and the service was impeccable, always delivered with a smile and in a cheerful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at Domaine de Presle for contributing so much to making our wedding the moment we had dreamed of.

The menu has a limited selection, but it immediately conveys the "homemade" aspect, and what a delight it was! The service was equally impeccable, with attentive and meticulous attention to detail. Finally, the restaurant boasts simple, tasteful decor and, above all, excellent hygiene. Easily accessible due to its location and price, we will certainly return if we are ever in the area. I could have given it 5 stars just for the absolutely delightful welcome, but that was without taking into account the absolutely perfect breakfast we were treated to. I wasn't expecting a breakfast of this quality; it was worthy of a 4-star hotel, both in terms of quality and quantity. You can feel the owner's generosity and desire to do things well. A big thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.
