04/05/2026: A disaster... for a first visit, very disappointing. When we made the reservation by phone, we were told there was no cook and no Portuguese specialties. No octopus, no cod, no drinks menu, and no idea of ​​the price of the aperitifs. The aperitif had barely been served when the starter arrived. No idea of ​​the prices of the daily specials... the fries were very firm inside and burnt outside, the duck breast was cold... we pointed this out to the waitress who replied, "We no longer have a cook, the owner does the cooking." Don't make a reservation if you don't know how or can't cook. The service was very quick; in one hour on a Saturday evening, aperitifs, starters, main courses, and dessert were served.

30/04/2026: We highly recommend this restaurant, especially for discerning palates. We went as a family and had a table with a sea view. The decor is simple yet tasteful. The service is excellent, and the staff is attentive and available. The menu is seasonal, with a wide selection of seafood and high-quality cuisine. We opted for the "Oyster" menu, where everyone was able to delight their taste buds: from amazing burrata and oysters to Angus beef with pepper sauce, cod delicately accompanied by spring vegetables and a perfectly balanced homemade basil, poultry with foie gras sauce and a perfect chanterelle risotto, and a truly divine mille-feuille! There's something for everyone on the drinks menu, which offers a judiciously diverse selection. We had a lovely time and had visited before with the same positive impression. Enjoy your meal!

24/03/2026: We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious meal in a very calm and warm atmosphere, near the crackling fireplace. We appreciated the friendliness and genuine nature of the lady who runs the restaurant. A very good place that we will return to if the opportunity arises, to discover the lovely terrace next time!

03/01/2026: While passing through, we spotted a somewhat hidden door that intrigued us, and the menu really appealed to us. We bought some souvenirs and asked for a restaurant recommendation, and this was it. We were convinced it was a good choice. It was bitterly cold outside, and the warm welcome alone made us feel right at home. The food was excellent: oysters, onion soup, cassoulet... with generous portions! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for this wonderful experience. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

14/03/2026: I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a place to avoid, but when you're greeted by a waitress wearing sunglasses indoors (if you partied too hard the night before, that's perfectly fine, but you have to deal with it the next day) and who's rather condescending... it sets the tone. Speaking of the tone: I ate in a cold room and had to wear my jacket the whole time despite a space heater... a little reminder: a space heater next to a wide-open door = total heat loss. As for the food... not much to say... to each their own, but this one wasn't to my taste. And then, the final straw, you go to the till... the owner isn't very talkative, and a "poor" drunk man comes up to my mother! He's a bit persistent... I had to politely put him in his place. Mr. Owner, is it possible that you could keep your drunk customers seated? I hadn't known about the place since it changed hands... I won't have fond memories of it, or at least not in a good way. Long live your bar and restaurant, but perhaps you need to review a few things.

07/05/2026: Warm welcome! The service was quick, and the food was good and plentiful. I had a chicken escalope au gratin with goat cheese—it was absolutely delicious! I didn't even have time to take a picture because it made me so hungry. For dessert, I had chocolate profiteroles. I recommend it. Good value for money.

09/05/2026: Never again! We came all the way from far away, it's highway robbery! All-you-can-eat fried carp? After a tiny first portion of minuscule pieces for two people, we asked for more. He said okay, but just a little: 10 pieces! 🧐 Our little pot of tarragon mayonnaise was empty, we didn't get a second one, and the mayo wasn't even homemade. I wanted another small portion, and they refused. Yes, it's very clever of them to make us order overpriced desserts. Vanilla ice cream with no vanilla or flavor whatsoever. In my sundae, only half a fresh strawberry was enough to satisfy me. Canned peaches, yuck! I didn't finish them. And the cocktails were outrageously expensive: €9 without alcohol, so €20 for two non-alcoholic cocktails. I can only imagine the price with alcohol! 🤔 Irish Coffee at €11! 🤷🥵 Are you kidding me?! And the salad dressing? Don't even get me started! The salad was tasteless, it's not what it used to be, we'll never go back. We'll go to other, much better and more reasonably priced places with a warmer welcome. This place is too family-oriented; if you're a regular, you'll get better service! At the bar, a vulgar woman was talking about sex—not great, it's going downhill fast! I'm disgusted with this restaurant. I agree with those who say it used to be great, but that was then! And the prices are exorbitant for what it is!

03/05/2026: This was my first time eating at this establishment. The queue was manageable, and we moved quickly with our trays in hand. The service was fast and courteous. The main course I ordered (chicken and fries) was generous and tasty. There's a vegan option available. You can serve yourself a starter and dessert if you're very hungry. Near the exit to the outdoor covered area, there's a spot to get a coffee or something else. It was easy to find a seat. My only slight complaint is the noise level when it's busy. It's like being in a high school cafeteria XD. That didn't stop me from enjoying my meal, though.

We chose the “Cuisine de la Terre” menu, and each dish transported us into the chef’s world, where vegetables become works of art. From Sweet Bell turnips to rainbow radishes, by way of green asparagus, meltingly tender leeks, and the incredible celery risotto with snow peas, every bite was remarkably refined and precise. The flavors were pure, delicate, and perfectly balanced, presented with an elegant and indulgent flair. Special mention must also go to the discreet, warm, and impeccable service, which perfectly complemented this experience. And what can be said about the desserts… subtle, refined, and memorable, especially the chocolate and rhubarb creations. It’s easy to see why this restaurant has three Michelin stars: here, everything is designed to amaze. An unforgettable gastronomic experience that we are not likely to forget.
