16/12/2024: (Again) a great lunch this Sunday noon, team at the top, smiling, friendly. Some seafood as a starter followed by the famous Sunday chicken, crispy as it should be, excellent! Very good atmosphere!

10/12/2024: The end of a nice restaurant! Customers since the opening, since yesterday it's over! The quality of the cuisine has declined so much that dishes have been returned...the manager who was also unprepared and friendly has transformed into an individual who is ignorant of his job...as for the boss who does not disdain to come and greet you then that he is completely at fault! And the price??? A joke given the poor quality of the food. We will never set foot there again and so will all our friends who have become customers...FALL FROM CHARYBDE TO SCYLLA!!! Doesn't deserve any stars

17/09/2024: Even though we were quite late for lunch, we still received a warm welcome. Delicious cuisine, quality without pretension, local ingredients and everything home-made. Absolutely recommended!

13/09/2024: Excellent address; even if the facade doesn't look like much, you have to go inside! Great vintage decor inside and pleasant shaded garden. 10/12/2024: It's not the first time we've stayed there but it's a shame there are some negative points that are easy to correct. The charm of the old restaurant is no longer there! The staff lacks professionalism and they make you feel the end of service time quite quickly. Too bad... The quality drops... Decent hotel room and very friendly and courteous staff. Mixed review...

26/11/2024: A true culinary gem by the water What a great discovery the Bistrot du Port de Vallauris is! Coming alone one lunchtime, I was amazed by the chef's art of enhancing fish with combinations of flavors that were both bold and harmonious. Who would have thought that cocoa and squid ink could create such alchemy? Every bite was a revelation. The decoration, sober and elegant, pays homage to the marine world without ever falling into cliché. I was also charmed by the tableware, unique and refined, which highlights each dish with a touch of sophistication. I opted for the discovery menu, copious but very refined. Each plate was a painting, generous but never heavy, a perfect balance that left me satisfied and enchanted. I'm already looking forward to going back before the end of the year for their bouillabaisse, a specialty here that seems to restore this dish to its former glory. However, I am saddened to know that this gem will soon close... What a shame to lose such a gastronomic setting. If you have the opportunity to go, go for it without hesitation! An unforgettable culinary experience worth living.

12/09/2024: Great restaurant, very well located in the Croix Rousse district, the welcome is very friendly, the flea market style decor, the food is super good, there were 2 menus, 1 at 38€ and 1 at 48€, very well managed. I had a perfect egg with chanterelles, it was super good, I had a can, it was excellent, I highly recommend this restaurant

16/11/2024: Firstly, the setting: a very cozy room, tastefully decorated but without overload and an unstoppable view of the sea. A cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The service: nothing to complain about, the staff is discreet and provides good advice with a smile. And finally on your plate: the menu announces fresh products and they are there, a delight. Each bite melts with the flavors on point. To the entire Papagayo team, THANK YOU!!!

24/11/2024: Nous l'avons trouvé par hasard, et avec l'aide de Trip Advisor. La salle à manger qui domine le port est très jolie dans une ambiance rouge et blanc. La serveuse est très aimable. La carte -courte-, mélange la cuisine classique avec des épices d'extrême Orient, c'est bon et assez copieux pour moi. Le seul reproche est la carte est un peu courte et il n'y a pas de choix de poissons, un comble en Bretagne. Une bonne surprise, le le recommande.

16/10/2024: Nous sommes venus en famille. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Ayant une maladie cœliaque, la patronne a su me conseiller parfaitement et a été très attentive au gluten dans les plats. Pour les gens comme moi c'est agréable de pouvoir y aller les yeux fermés. Le poisson ou la viande sont cuits à la perfection. Tout était très bon Nous recommandons
