02/05/2026: Impeccable service. I had a duck confit burger and my husband had steak frites with Pouligny cheese sauce. For dessert, we had a chocolate fondant and a Liège coffee – it was a real treat. A top-notch team.

28/05/2026: Hello, Passing through Montreal-la-Cluse, I grabbed a burger in this heat. Takeout. First good point: the cooking. Really? A place that respects the meat by serving a patty big enough to cook it properly? "Blue," I replied. Warmly welcomed and well served, I left with my burger and fries, eager to enjoy them at my leisure. And it was when I opened the box that I realized I was about to be devoured. The burger was massive. The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked, two slices of cheddar cheese to try and disguise its size, tomatoes and onions to complement the meat. Usually, burgers leave me wanting more, but this time, it was the dish that was judging me. Add to that a truly generous portion of fries, hand-cut and therefore homemade, and you'll definitely get your money's worth for the €14 price tag. No complaints whatsoever, the portions are generous, the quality is excellent, and I was practically rolling on the floor once I'd finished everything, there was so much to eat. My colleague gets pizzas there, which he also really enjoys, but I was there for the burger. I'll definitely be back.

The owner is a true connoisseur (even an expert) of wines; you can trust him completely, you absolutely won't be disappointed (and that's coming from a wine lover 😉). Having dined at several gourmet restaurants in and around Mâcon, I can attest to this being the best, without hesitation. It's IMPOSSIBLE to be disappointed 👍 Thank you, Yannick (the owner), for your kindness and your countless tips and information about the excellent wines of the region. 02/05/2026: Constant noise at night. Rude staff when informed that their terrace, located on the notorious Place Mazagran, is occupied by men who are constantly shouting. When will this bar finally be shut down by the authorities?

26/05/2026: A wonderful evening at La Porte Saint-Claire We had an excellent experience last night at this restaurant in Annecy. From the very first bite, the accras were light, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. For the main course, we enjoyed a Caribbean beef fillet and Arctic char, both cooked to perfection with incredibly fresh ingredients. The red berry dessert followed the same theme: simple yet excellent. But what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere and the warm welcome. Pauline and Théo provide attentive and natural service, without ever being intrusive. As for Laurent, the chef-owner, you can tell he runs his establishment with great care—and has done so for over 30 years. In an industry where restaurants close as quickly as they open, 30 years at the same establishment is no small feat. Our neighbors at the next table had opted for the €27 three-course menu and seemed delighted—a formula we'll likely try next time. A handy bonus: the Porte Sinclair parking lot is right next door. An address well worth a visit in Annecy. See you soon!

21/05/2026: The main course and cocktail were very good. The dessert was mediocre, but the restaurant owner didn't charge us for it because I was honest; the crepe wasn't great.
