23/06/2026: Had friends to stay and took them to Chez Fred. We were warmly welcomed. The burgers (my friend and I has the BBQ burger) were so good, we went back 2 days later and had the same again! An absolute gem that should be packed out every day it is open. Desserts are also mega.

05/06/2026: I went to eat at this restaurant on a Friday evening with my wife, and I don't understand the positive reviews about the food. How can you mess up a classic like moules frites? The moules marinières with white wine were bland—we're still looking for the white wine—and the worst part was the fries! They looked homemade but had no taste whatsoever. Perhaps there was a problem with the cooking. They were served on a small dessert plate? We would have appreciated a few slices of fresh bread. Only the service was friendly, but that wasn't enough for us.

13/06/2026: With the introduction of the new menu, the excellent value for money remains, a quality/quantity/price ratio that deserves to be highlighted, especially given its rarity in Cannes. Everything here is in place for a delightful experience: creative dishes, original combinations, high-quality ingredients, flawless service from appetizers to desserts, and of course, the owner isn't afraid to leave the kitchen to greet his guests and welcome them with genuine care.

The Danish-style herring was impeccably fresh, subtly complemented by grapefruit and apple—a beautiful balance. The liver dumplings and pig's trotter were genuine, flavorful, dishes with character that truly delighted the palate. Special mention goes to the sorbets drizzled with Gewurztraminer marc and the authentic crème brûlée, perfectly caramelized. The welcome was warm, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The whole family enjoyed it, and the children ate very well too. We highly recommend it!

27/10/2025: Huge hall rental area for evangelical churches from all over the region. Reception halls, weddings...and the Oasis café. This is where the Christian Renewal Center holds its Sunday services in the Ocean Hall at 2:30 p.m.

17/03/2026: New managers have been in place for a few months now. I highly recommend it! A very warm welcome, always available to offer advice. Very responsive when taking orders. You can enjoy a pleasant stopover. Looking forward to it.
