22/05/2026: First visit to Hoedic and lunch at Jean Paul's this May 22nd. Warm welcome, very pleasant place, and above all, an incredible meal. Red meat for my husband and pollack for me. Well done, don't change a thing!

30/06/2026: Booked a table to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately our waiter was miserable from beginning to end but we had a great time. The atmosphere was great with many office workers enjoying their lunch. Will definitely go back once I am in Tours again.

07/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! Arriving at 10:30 pm without a dinner reservation, we received a warm welcome despite the late hour. The dishes were excellent, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat and brought the meal to a delightful close. A highly recommended restaurant.

22/06/2026: I had an exceptional French beer, sipped among the locals who flock to this place at the end of the evening. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I returned the next day and the beer was still good. The staff is slow and less friendly, and above all, I ordered a Pinsa that turned out to be horrible, a kind of dry, inedible focaccia that I later discovered was frozen food with low-quality ingredients on top, for seventeen euros. I don't feel like giving it five stars.

27/03/2026: The room was adequate but very basic; there was no kettle (for coffee or tea) in the room, not even a bottle of water! The room was dark. The bathroom was clean but nothing special, and the shower head was in poor condition.

22/05/2026: I last came 13 years ago. Here's my comment: "I like this restaurant, the price-quality ratio suits me. The welcome and service were great." Unfortunately, everything has changed since then. Very disappointed with the quality and service. The food is completely uninteresting. No flavor, no taste. The chef is very friendly, but not his cooking. More than basic. The setting is very nice. The seasoning needs to be improved.
