17/05/2024: My opinion only concerns the sending and receiving part of packages, I in no way judge the cuisine or the atmosphere which are not the purpose of visits to this brand. Madame thinks she is above everyone and allows herself to be aggressive even when one remains calm. Excuse me, but shouting at you sharply was the only way to get you to go down a floor and pass the baton to the man who seems better wired. I invite anyone who needs to use chronopost to go to any other relay who would like to earn 40 cents, which does not seem to suit a woman who does not need parcels to live.
07/04/2024: Very good atmosphere, the owners are warm, generous and you can feel it in the dishes. I ate the best royal couscous of my life! THANKS.

13/11/2025: I eat here almost once a week, and it's always a pleasure. The service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere convivial, just the way you like it in a good working-class restaurant. The quality of the food is truly above average for this type of establishment: it's delicious and generous. A simple, efficient, and always enjoyable place. I highly recommend it!

05/02/2026: Disappointed by our experience. The bread was clearly not fresh. The tartiflette, at €21, was small and, above all, very lacking in ingredients: hardly any bacon and very little cheese, which is, after all, the basis of an otherwise simple recipe. We finished the dish to avoid any argument, even though the restaurant owner told us we should have mentioned it at the time. Honestly, it's not pleasant to have to argue during a meal at a restaurant. Disappointing value for money.
24/01/2026: A very pleasant stay. The hotel is perched high up with a beautiful view of the valley, direct access to the slopes, a warm welcome, and a charming, traditional atmosphere. The restaurant offers a lovely menu; I enjoyed an excellent tartiflette. The room was clean, warm, and had a terrace.

On the contrary, the person at the register was very patient. The Fork should simplify their payment method. Thank you for the delicious meal.

24/01/2026: Relax, sir. We've had our coffee and left. Since we were the only customers outside, and no one else is on the terrace, you can take a break. What a lovely experience paying someone who's sighing and sulking. You know how to sigh, but you don't know how to say anything. How petty. I didn't say anything to your face because we have work to do (we do) and we don't have time for troublemakers who are bored like you. However, I do have time for this lovely comment during my commute.

06/12/2025: Although the place was closed for the whole month of December(!) the restaurant was still taking online bookings through The Fork. When we arrived and realised there wasn’t any chairs nor tables we knew something was badly wrong. A lady came out of the kitchen, barely apologetic, and told us to go and check elsewhere for dinner. She didn’t seem phased to know I had submitted my credit card details to secure a ghost reservation. Completely and utter waste of our time. Chefs-led operations might be the promise of good food but this is called the HOSPITALITY industry for a reason. That’s what happens, unfortunately, when businesses don’t put their customers at the centre of their strategy.
05/10/2025: One of the best and most creative menus we've ever eaten. Very unusual with extraordinary combinations. French cuisine refined by a top Japanese chef. I don't understand why he hasn't received a star from the Michelin Guide yet. Cuisine of the highest caliber.
