14/06/2026: First experience at the Matelote restaurant, warm welcome and very good food, you eat for your money (personally) we were very well served with different dishes for 3 and generous portions for all. We will return on our next visits to Belleville en Beaujolais.

16/05/2026: very good food there, reasonnably priced. Web site says they open at 6 h but the kitchen opens at 7 h. We did enjoy our food very much, would definetely recommend. Great atmosphere and service, located in the old town of Valbonne.

Everything was perfect, from the discovery of the original and delicious dishes to the warm, professional, and discreet welcome from the team, all at a very reasonable price for this level of quality. The event planning was also very attentive. Thank you for everything; everyone enjoyed it, and we will be back!

27/05/2026: We came the day before yesterday, a group of four friends. During this time, we were browsing restaurants somewhat randomly, but what a discovery! La Table des Saveurs truly surprised us; the dishes were incredibly generous and very original—a real culinary delight. We definitely got our money's worth. Plus, the view is incredible, a direct view of the mountains 🏔️
The service was excellent; thank you to the very welcoming and professional waitress.
We highly recommend it ✨
12/05/2026: Absolutely fantastic. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance due to construction in downtown Font Romeu. Impeccable service; the waitress was pleasant, smiling, and energetic. The daily special was excellent and beautifully presented. The portions were generous. Unbeatable value for money.
