08/07/2026: Everything was good. Beautiful place to eat with a good atmosphere, incredibly friendly service, and importantly: the food is super tasty. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that English isn't really spoken, making it difficult to understand everything at times, though they do try their very best.

A restaurant on the Sillon where you can eat well is a rare find for the residents of Saint-Malo. A woman from Saint-Malo and a woman from Cancale were won over and will definitely be back 🤝

18/07/2026: A superb Italian bistro. We ate delicious food there. Small with a terrace, the atmosphere is great and the owners and servers are welcoming. The pasta with Bolognese sauce (“al rage,” not the American tomato-based Bolognese) was simply sublime. Best burrata I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant.
13/07/2026: Slate and Artoise are related. Artoise is a traditional French dish. Chicken in cream sauce with mushrooms, beef, blanquette. Fruit clafoutis, crème brûlée.
Everything is delicious and the owners are very kind.

We asked if it was possible to have a drink, and the owner (bartender) who was working was very friendly to us and took an interest in where we came from. Speaking English was no problem, and we really thoroughly enjoyed our holiday feeling here. Thank you!

Everything was truly delicious, with a special mention for the homemade smoked trout and especially the summer burger... The service was discreet, efficient, and always with a smile. Thank you to the whole team; we had a wonderful time to end our vacation. See you again, perhaps!
