The gizzard salad was bland, with boiled gizzards, boiled potatoes, and a bland sauce. The skate wing was overcooked with a lack of sauce, bland vegetables, and fries that weren't homemade.

Suzanne always welcomes us with a cheerful disposition, and we laugh a lot! Her husband's dishes are absolutely divine! I can't wait until December to celebrate my birthday there! He explains the menu with unparalleled enthusiasm and precision. From start to finish, we were delighted: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent! And what can I say about the homemade stews… absolutely incredible, a true delight that reflects the restaurant's expertise. A place to discover without hesitation: I recommend it wholeheartedly!

J'ai choisi le paleron et la tarte aux myrtilles avec un verre de vin du Ventoux. A recommander si vous voulez emmener des amis (re-) visiter Notre-Dame !

02/12/2025: First experience at Vert Mont, and I'm sorry to say we were disappointed. Upon arrival, we waited by the fireplace, which was pleasant, especially after an hour's drive (thanks to Lille's traffic jams!). Then we waited quite a while at our table before getting anything to drink. We found the portions very small. Two of us don't eat pork, and instead we received a tiny portion of mushrooms. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, this is quite surprising and disappointing. Some of the servers were excellent, others rather stressed, which made me feel uncomfortable. We had a lovely time in a superb atmosphere, but I don't think we'll be back. It's a shame; this is the second time I've been disappointed by one of Florent's restaurants (Krevette previously)... and I was such a fan of Bloempot.

28/09/2024: It's a really delicious place. I highly recommend it to anyone passing by. It feels like enjoying fine dining food at a reasonable price. It suits Korean tastes very well. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance before visiting.
