The sweet crepes are just as good.

03/11/2024: Ended up here spontaneously when we were driving through looking for a place to pass the night.
Owner was very friendly and complaisant. Out of season, plus we arrived late, unfortunately the kitchen was closed. But he showed us the way to a very nice local restaurant where they serve traditional French cuisine.
Rooms are cosy and clean. The only remark there is to make, is about the bathrooms, they're a bit outdated.

30/12/2023: Opéra et Tournedos réussis. Baba impérial (c'est de la bouillie! pas de quartiers d'orange au milieu SVP! ) et Saint-Jacques ratées. Il aurait fallu une sauce au beurre chaude qui redonne un goût de mer que le potimarron fait disparaître. Grand merci à notre serveur, à l'écoute mais qui admet que, en haut lieu, les retours d'informations n'ont pas toujours d'effet.

18/09/2024: I had the chance to eat at Couchetat with my partner and my in-laws. The meal was delicious and above all the menu offered an elaborate vegetarian menu, which was very appreciable. I can only recommend it to you!

On the way back from Les Sables d'Olonne, we chose this restaurant for our lunch stop and what a nice surprise!
The cuisine is divine and generous, with fresh, quality products that are very well prepared.
The room service is fast and very pleasant (smiles, kindness, etc.). The chef's visit to the dining room to greet us was much appreciated!
Excellent value for money.
Congratulations to the Chef and the service!
People from Rouen who will not fail to come back, that's for sure!

30/08/2024: Discovered this evening by a friend. We have been forgotten. The person took great care of us, offered us an aperitif without asking for anything. It’s rare these days that the customer can receive a gift. In addition, the kitchen was very good. I ate a salad with fresh produce and a mille-feuille with sweet vanilla flavors and crispy puff pastry. I am not at all disappointed with the service and quality of the products. I will go back with my eyes closed.

I had the pleasure of turning 50, great choice, such a pleasant and dedicated team.

Consider booking on the ground floor if necessary as there is no elevator for upstairs rooms.
