23/08/2024: Really nice atmosphere, the boss alone to do the service, the cooking, ... is really friendly and takes the time to joke with his customers. Very good dishes, respected cooking and varieties of meats, fish, cold meats and obviously Corsican products.
Respect to this gentleman!

21/09/2024: We ate this afternoon in this establishment and frankly a real treat, I recommend. We took a planter each, curry mussel fries and scallop leek pancake with a glass of Côte de Gascogne it was delicious
19/09/2024: This restaurant has a magnificent location with a sea view. I always book in advance and so far nothing to say is great. Except the last time I went there with my guests, very disappointed with the service, 45 minutes of waiting just to get the drinks then another 20 minutes for the mussels afterwards, we were literally forgotten even though we asked for 5 times when going to the counter being also with a child under 2 years old who was waiting for his dish, moreover the child seat was very precarious no attachment to keep him on the chair and no belt to hold the child.
Otherwise the kitchen is perfect. Too bad we have to train the young waitresses, they are not there for the decoration! Next time yes because it's a shame to deprive yourself of this magnificent place and this good cuisine I will be more insistent when booking and with the service.

Celà dit la sexy veggie salade était bien garnie et plutôt bonne.

18/09/2024: Hier geht es meiner Meinung nach um das Gesamterlebnis und nicht nur um die Küche. Es beginnt mit der Anfahrt gefühlt ins Nirgendwo. Dann ein schönes renoviertes Anwesen mit sehr schöner gemütlicher Terrasse mit einem tollen weiten Blick in die Landschaft. Sehr Naturbelassen. Familiär mit direktem Kontakt zu Koch/Besitzer und Küche. Er kauft morgens auf den Märkten ein und baut daraus die Gerichte, individuelles Tagesangebot oder kleine wechselnde Karte. Wir wählten Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Nachtisch, Wein. Nicht nur alles sehr gut, sondern auch wirklich mal "was anderes". Die Ente habe ich in der Form und Qualität und Geschmackserlebnis noch nie so gegessen. Herausragend. Der Wein aus dem Vorratsbehälter war deutlich besser als alle Flaschen die wir unterwegs so gekauft hatten. Eine Käseplatte zeigte was geht bei Käse wenn man selbst sonst mangels Kenntnis nur irgendwo zugreift. Dann bei passendem Wetter auf lauschiger Terrasse den Abend bei Wein und aufkommender Nacht ausklingen lassen. Super. Muss man mal erlebt haben.

09/09/2024: Unfortunately our stay coincided with the Friday closure of the restaurant / bar so arrival was by arrangement. Despite being 1 1/4 hrs late, the message from Patrice was of concern for our welfare, not annoyance!
The hotel and restaurant are very clean and the room of reasonable size (had smaller in 3* plus!). Added benefit is that Patrice speaks very good english. and is a very welcoming host. There is ample free parking nearbye.
We enjoyed a normal french continental breakfast - ample for our needs.
The town is very well presented with many floral displays, a spacious square and an interesting park with lakes and children’s play areas. Everywhere is very clean - puts the Brits to shame!
Would definitely recommend and would stay longer next time.
