Run by a young, dynamic, and friendly couple, this bar and restaurant is the heart of the village, a gathering place and hub of community life. We went for lunch at Le Chardon after a wine tasting in the area. Simple but delicious cuisine made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. ☀️

17/04/2026: One of the oldest restaurants in Tarbes, if not the oldest, a charmingly renovated establishment with a neighborhood bistro atmosphere. We had booked a week in advance for about fifteen people. We had a very pleasant time on the terrace, the service was efficient and prompt, and the homemade food was enjoyed by everyone: every plate was finished! The students of the Jean Dupuy high school, in the BTS Design program, thank you!

27/06/2026: Saturday lunchtime during the heatwave. The air-conditioned dining room was very pleasant. Cozy atmosphere, comfortable seats, pleasant music, impeccable hygiene (restrooms). The waiter was very professional, offered excellent advice, and was very pleasant. The menu was excellent, with a small but diverse and high-quality selection of dishes. The presentation of the dishes was superb, and they tasted delicious. A nice touch was the wine pairing with each course. The chef took pleasure in greeting customers and serving them, adapting to the restaurant's pace. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Well done to the team! 👏

03/07/2026: An excellent crêperie, a warm welcome from the owners, a family home, the crêpes are really very good, cooked over a gas fire like in the old days, I recommend you go and taste their crêpes, you will not be disappointed.
