06/08/2026: I just got turned away for a reservation using a Wonderbox voucher. They claimed the restaurant was no longer listed on the website, even though it's still there. The person on the phone wasn't very friendly; even if they're closing down, they could be more pleasant.

31/08/2026: We were out last night for dinner with friends after the local dance. We had a great end to the evening, then everyone went home. If you're ever in the Bassin de la Villette area, come and have dinner at Côté Canal; you won't be disappointed. You'll be welcomed by the owners while enjoying a Montagnard Burger (cheese and bacon). 🦅

23/08/2026: We were received by the hotel with a very kind and warm Joaquin.
It was a one night pit stop in Beaune, carrying on to Calais the next morning. The rooms were clean and the service was pleasant. The bathroom was also clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable which is what you want after driving for 6 hours!
We will definitely be staying in Le Central Boutique again as we like Beaune due to its rich heritage in wine and beautiful location.
18/07/2026: We stayed here two nights to escape our unbearably hot Airbnb - and the air-conditioned room made it totally worthwhile! Huge thanks to the manager who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Le Central is ideally located in the historic centre, moments from fantastic restaurants and bars. We'd gladly stay again - and not just for the AC!
