21/08/2024: Bel endroit pour déjeuner en terrasse. Le repas tout à fait correct. Poisson bien cuit et pour ma part une côte de veau très peu cuite. OK pour du veau rosé mais là le coeur était cru. Néanmoins je n'est rien dit car cette viande était d'une tendreté exceptionnelle.
18/08/2024: terrasse très ombragée repas excellent le menu surprise est à tester pour le prix c'était au top. Service très agréable le seul petit reproche lorsqu'il fait 35 degrés a l ombre et que l on commande un verre de vin blanc pour l entrée on ne le sert pas 30 minutes avant l 'arrivée du plat?

26/01/2025: This unmissable place in Compiègne deserves a good 5 star level Service and Ambiance (dedication to Isabelle) nice eh the Guinness in 50. LoL...The cuisine I don't know yet haven't had the opportunity to taste it to see why not.

No other vegetarian options.
Gross I couldn't finish it!
Industrial made with meat flavor substitutes.... The burger bun is not good.
The dessert on the other hand, crème brûlée, is delicious.
The correct service and the smiling lady.
My friend had a fish which he enjoyed.
I won't come back, I like to have a choice like offering an omelette for example and not frozen!

04/09/2024: I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed. A wonderful welcome, delicious dishes, the fennel mussels are just the apotheosis. Well done to the whole team for delighting our taste buds. A few more mussels for big eaters would be a nice touch. A delight ☀️😎
31/08/2024: My card did not pass then the waiter pointed at me and called me "dirty poor" while shouting in front of all the customers I felt humiliated.

18/09/2024: I don't recommend it, very friendly staff but avoid apart from Picardy string the rest is inedible thick tough meat and above all let's not talk about cleanliness even a dog in the kitchen
15/09/2024: Very disappointing, several times we come and they bring us cold dishes!!! (And the other tables too) Especially for the price!!! Plus the frozen fries are really not great. Personally we will go elsewhere next time!

15/08/2024: My favorite meal in France! A small, quaint and cozy restaurant with good wine and GREAT food. I had the special - sesame crusted salmon with pesto. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner away from the crowds.
01/08/2024: I usually have a meal here when I am in Paris because I can count on everything going well. The service is warm and personable and the food is always excellent, classical French but somewhat lighter in general. The atmosphere is warm and casual. Reservations are usually essential. There is an upstairs room that is wonderful for private parties up to 10-12 people. I always spend such a nice evening here and there aren't a lot of restaurants in St-Germain that are this good at that price level.

29/07/2024: le val de moine a part les routiers autour de cholet est le meilleur restaurant pour ouvriers de cholet,loin devant devant le guingois vu son prix et le service .
le guingois sert du congelé alors que le val de moine fait de la cuisine maison
Le val de moine va changer dans les trois mois et s'agrandir et tout va changer en extra plus .
Ce sera le meilleur restaurant ouvriers de cholet pour un prix correct.
Meme s'il passe son menu a 16 euros , il le méritera largement devant le guingois .
