04/09/2024: We have been regular customers of Residence Marina d'Arone for 15 years and have watched this little paradise slowly grow. Family-run, the father takes care of the large, beautiful "botanical garden", the mother and daughter take great care of the apartments with attached swimming pool and restaurant. The residence is characterized by attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort; all just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Arone: for those looking for relaxation in a natural oasis, this is the right address. The latest jewel of this year: with sea view, the new SpA hidden behind the Residence, in accordance with the philosophy that characterizes it: attractive architecture in a respectful approach to the environment. Top!
27/08/2024: Idyllic setting. On the other hand, Marina, the manager of the residence, is execrable. We came for vacation and the latter did not fail to remind us of the rules for all the actions we did. Also, she tried to cheat us out of €14 worth of drinks even though the staff had made us pay €10. Even though we showed him proof of payment, he didn't budge.
The cook and staff are friendly and offered us the digestive, which is appreciated!

La saucisse Aveyronaise avec purée maison la mousse au chocolat avec des noisettes et de la fleur de sel, la brioche perdue parfaite
Tout est cuit et assaisonné à la perfection, et en plus tout le monde est vraiment adorable ici

23/10/2024: A la sortie du Mondial de l'auto 2024, nous recherchions une place pour se garer auprès d'une restaurant; Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur celui-ci.
Une brasserie comme on les aime? à l'ancienne. très bon accueil? produits frais et très bons notamment la saucisse de l'Aveyron avec une vrai purée.
Un seul bémol, le rosé coteau d'aix à 34€ alors qu'ailleurs nous sommes plutot entre 21 et 24€

25/10/2024: Very friendly, business lunch, but due to bad luck we were placed near a noisy group, which made things more complicated (to hear each other speak).
Regarding the meal, the dish was plentiful, but I expected the dessert (apple pie) to be just as plentiful, the portion was tiny for the price...
17/10/2024: If you go there for the food, OK, it's not bad. But be careful, the service is very, but well below what you would expect, given the prices offered. So, don't expect a smile, and especially don't change your mind about an order, even if you change your mind 20 seconds after placing that order! We will make faces at you and point out that despite your lack of consideration, we will make the change!
In summary, I will most likely not go back there again. There is a pretty remarkable choice of restaurants in the area, to want to pay to be mistreated.

09/06/2024: I play my lottery every 5 weeks as usual for 66.00 euros but that day the little girl gave me a ticket which she canceled without me being able to realize it straight away, since this is not mentioned anywhere on the ticket. And when I came back to have my winnings checked 5 weeks later, I was told that my receipt had been cancelled.
So I paid 66.00 euros for nothing.
I talked to the young boy about it but he started yelling at me, telling me that he didn't have time to deal with this problem. Incredible, I've been coming for years and this is the first time I've been received like this.
Following this dispute, I will make a complaint by registered mail to the fdj in the coming days.

14/12/2024: Very charming hotel restaurant, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the restaurant offers very correct and gourmet menus, the welcome is very friendly.
10/12/2024: A great discovery in a small village in Orne. A really very nice welcome. And really good food. Dishes with flavor, very well cooked and in quantity. I only tested the restaurant so I can't judge the other services but I have no doubt about the quality. I recommend without problem.
