08/05/2026: We ordered three set menus. Everything was delicious and the portions were just right. The dishes were beautifully presented. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Lovely, classic setting. Well located opposite the Rideau Rouge theater, and the service was excellent despite the late hour when we left the show. Courteous and prompt service. Thank you for the meal. I recommend it.

26/04/2026: Quick break just before a show. Great waiter who insisted on giving us a cardboard cup so we could finish our herbal tea. Really very kind!

15/06/2026: Cheap bacon bits on the tarte flambée. Really not great… The desserts were bought from a wholesaler and defrosted… The ice cream was watery… a rip-off

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience, 13 years later! The Alsatian dishes are expertly prepared, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The restaurant is still beautifully decorated, like an Alsatian museum!

14/03/2026: During a stroll, we discovered this café-brasserie-restaurant. A short menu, a guarantee of freshness and quality. Home-style cooking. Everything was perfect, with a special mention for the calf's liver and the very indulgent coffee. Efficient and friendly service. We'll be back! ☺️

17/07/2026: We were disappointed by our experience last night. A glass of alcohol was spilled on me, soaking my dress, and we had to ask for compensation ourselves before the situation was addressed; the customer service was inadequate. The food was also disappointing, especially considering the high price: the tuna tataki only had five pieces, accompanied by an avocado that was still far too hard, and the bobun served with octopus that had been overcooked (and recooked) to the point of being completely tender. We had checked the reviews before booking, but unfortunately, our experience did not live up to them. We will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment.

09/06/2026: Feeling like you're bothering someone is certainly one of the most unpleasant feelings in a restaurant. That was the case during our business dinner. The prices were clearly inflated compared to the dishes offered. A first, but definitely the last time at this restaurant.

I've been to Le Cuistot several times and had the chance to try different dishes, which really highlights its consistency. Each time, the plates are well-prepared, delicious, and generously portioned. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you quickly feel at ease, whether for a quick lunch or a more leisurely dinner. The service is smooth and pleasant, with no unnecessary waiting. Overall, I'm happy with my experiences and it's a reliable place I'd gladly return to.

31/05/2026: Lunch on our way home from vacation, we stopped at this restaurant which was open for Mother's Day. What a lovely surprise! The welcome was warm, the service quick, and the quality of the food impeccable. The ingredients are fresh and homemade. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it if you're stopping in this small village.

The simple dishes are homemade. Family-style cooking. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. It was perfect! We were delighted we stopped here!

21/06/2026: We booked a hen/stag party with dinner and karaoke and had a fantastic time! From the moment we booked by phone, the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The food was delicious and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Special mention also goes to the karaoke atmosphere: the team really knows how to make people feel comfortable and create a convivial ambiance, which allowed the group to fully enjoy themselves. A very welcome touch: our group was running late and we called to let them know. The manager was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you again for your warm welcome and good cheer; we will cherish the memories of this evening!

06/03/2026: Excellent as usual! The homemade chocolate mousse was absolutely delicious!! Everything is homemade, everything is fresh, everything is perfect. The staff is also very friendly. As a non-smoker, it's a shame the dining room isn't non-smoking.
