31/12/2025: A truly horrific stay! We booked a two-night stay at the hostel. Between the stifling heat and the plumbing problems... Not to mention the unsafe atmosphere! We came here to relax, and instead, we experienced the worst moment of our lives! The dog the innkeeper was keeping on the terrace attacked our 3-year-old daughter in the face! She may be disfigured for life! If you have the chance, run away!

28/08/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A more than pleasant neighborhood brasserie! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. The waitress is responsive, attentive, and truly service-minded; our order was taken in record time. The owner is equally friendly, with a welcoming approach that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: delicious dishes, expertly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and desserts that round off the meal beautifully. The fries are good, even though in the North I expected the famous double-cooked beef fat for that extra "wow" feeling. Despite this detail, the overall experience remains perfect and lives up to what you'd expect from a good brasserie. Very well located, this is a place I highly recommend!

What particularly touches me is the tremendous opportunity it offers young people who may be struggling academically. Managed by a non-profit organization, the establishment not only trains students for excellence; it also allows them to discover the restaurant industry, regain confidence, and flourish. 08/10/2025: We live in Bagnols and sometimes eat at the restaurant next door out of habit, one day we wanted a change. Very Surprised by the large dining room, which is very pretty with a very nice menu. The terrace outside, and the entrance, doesn't match what we were pleasantly surprised to discover upon entering. Very warm welcome, very beautiful plate, super good, we'll be back!!!

06/12/2025: A terrible experience, avoid at all costs. We arrived around 12:50 PM, the terrace was practically empty. We asked the waiter if we could have a coffee on the terrace, he said yes, and we sat down. Fifteen minutes later, we went back to see him with a smile, explaining that we hadn't been served yet. He looked at me and said, "I should have said no in the first place." This is unacceptable behavior from a café that's supposed to be serving coffee all day long, especially if the outdoor terraces are empty. The waiter was rude and unpleasant. We won't be back.

12/12/2025: A fantastic private event for our company. The venue was very welcoming and unique. I especially enjoyed the delicious cocktails. I highly recommend it; they also host live music nights. The staff was incredibly friendly. Cocktails 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

09/11/2025: A unique and very pleasant place. Almost private spaces, inviting tables, excellent food (a little pricey), and top-notch service, especially if you're served by the young man with the charming, radio-friendly voice! The setting is stunning: a genuine Chinese junk, tastefully and originally decorated, and a fantastic lineup of music. That evening, it was Tako Toki (look them up online, on YouTube, etc.). In short, a magnificent spot to discover on the Seine, right next to the François Mitterrand Library. We'll definitely be back!

30/01/2026: I came with friends at the end of January and ordered a St. Germain Spritz, according to the menu. I saw the bartender make my cocktail with basic elderflower liqueur, not St. Germain. It might be wise to update your menu and simply list it as "Hugo Spritz," since it's not St. Germain. I'm not sure it's legal to sell a product that doesn't match the menu. Be careful with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

11/01/2026: It was my first time, and it was excellent. The vegetarian dish was very good, tasty, generous, and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly, smiling, and kind. The atmosphere and setting were very pleasant, and not too noisy. I'll definitely be back!

23/01/2026: The rooms are a bit dated but will be renovated soon. Likeable staff. Absolutely quiet, double doors in the rooms are a rare feature. Reasonable price and a great, varied, and generous breakfast. I recommend it.

30/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! We came for lunch as a group of three on Saturday, November 29th, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were ignored for several minutes by the waiter. When he finally deigned to attend to us, the menus took a considerable amount of time to arrive, with no indication whatsoever of the daily specials. After three requests, we were finally able to place our order, but with the constant feeling that we were bothering him. We opted for the daily specials: two pork fillets with basmati rice for €25, which were nothing special. The presentation was sloppy, with only a few morels as an accompaniment. As for the polpette, intended as a third course, it was nothing more than a simple, unappetizing meatball served with crudely presented spaghetti. Every time we tried to get the waiter's attention, we were ignored, and we were clearly not the only ones. The next table was also met with a flat refusal when they asked for something: "Not now." The overall organization is disastrous. Some customers arriving after us were turned away with a simple "We're full," even though tables were clearly available. Another table complained about waiting over an hour to be served. The waiter's response? "The upstairs dining room is full." An incomprehensible justification that has nothing to do with the customers' experience. If the wait is long, it should be announced upon arrival. The waiter's lack of professionalism and unfriendly attitude ruined our meal, and clearly that of other diners as well. When it came time to pay, nearly €100 for three courses and three glasses of wine: not a single "thank you," not a single "goodbye." A lamentable experience. We live in the neighborhood and we will never set foot in this place again.
