19/10/2025: Despite booking by phone, we were not informed that only one platter of cold meats was available to choose from (and also oysters), a really average platter...for €12, it seems that this was due to the large crowds of the day compared to the medieval festival...

16/08/2025: A very warm welcome. My charcuterie board is high-quality, with good produce. The menu offers local products, specifying their origins. The local beer (Agora) is a must-try.

18/09/2025: Great welcome, the atmosphere is good, the green fee is not expensive, it is more than enough to play a little golf from time to time (of course do not expect fairways/greens/bunkers without defects 😉)

30/10/2025: We booked a table for Wednesday evening at 9 pm. Several dishes were unavailable. Our meals were served after we had barely started our aperitifs. The burger was good. The chocolate fondant was quite good, but the quantity, presentation, and caramel (homemade?) left something to be desired, despite the price of €9.

26/11/2025: A fantastic find, as I'm a big fan of this type of restaurant. The service is simply perfect; the gentleman is incredibly attentive to his customers. The food is delicious. I had a taco that was very filling, and a special mention goes to the cheese sauce, which was absolutely divine. In short, I have nothing negative to say except that this entire restaurant is just too perfect 😉

17/10/2024: Tout simplement énorme ! Après une longue journée passée au Salon du Brasseur, il nous fallait un repas copieux pour... éponger la bière écoulée... Nous avons étés conquis à tout point de vue : quantité, qualité, sympathie de l'équipe, cadre atypique à deux pas de la place Stanislas. Mention spéciale à la Potence Savoyarde qui fût un pur délice, et à Clara pour la cerise sur le gâteau :) Amateurs de viandes et de fromages, foncez-y les yeux fermés !

26/01/2026: A lovely place with several rooms and a terrace. Nice set lunch menu. The food is good, the staff attentive, and the Corsican wine is excellent. A great spot near Place Massena.

24/01/2026: We visited this restaurant with two families and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, dismissive, and openly discriminatory because we were not French. After one hour we received only our drinks, and even after two hours our desserts never arrived. The food itself was average, but the children’s menu was particularly strange – plain pasta with no sauce whatsoever, served with an unseasoned, dry beef patty. Definitely not something I would expect for kids. What stood out the most was the difference in treatment. Local guests were served quickly and with clear attention, while our requests were repeatedly ignored by the staff. To make things worse, at the end the cashier kept the change as a tip without asking. I do not recommend this place to foreigners. The experience was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and far below the standards one should expect.

26/12/2025: The day after Christmas 2025. It was cold inside. The welcome was adequate upon arrival, then nothing. The service was like a plate-carrying machine, and to sum it up: it was okay! The food was passable, the only plus being the homemade fries.

05/07/2025: I didn't know it, and I had the opportunity to experience this magical place... Its receptionist is exceptional... a kind word... and you've booked??? And then we see the gentleman... less friendly with men and with ladies, a certain funny courtesy, and we fall for his game... a smile is perfect for this place... an exceptional product that I highly recommend... Thank you, Christophe, for your welcome and a staff that reflects your image.

25/01/2026: What a treasure to discover deep in the heart of ancient Paris! This incredible restaurant dates back to the 1500s, and the building was built from stone remnants of the Notre Dame cathedral, in which shadow this restaurant lies. The Maitre’d is so hospitable and welcoming. He loves to get the guests interacting with each other, it’s not just dinner, but a party downstairs (upstairs is also beautiful and available if you want a quiet, romantic evening). We were greeted with cocktails, had then rillettes de porc for an appetizer. Next, one of the best Bourdeaux wines we’ve had was paired with escargots. The buttery garlic deliciousness was amazing, followed by peppery beef carpaccio. This was paired with some of the best frites we’ve had in Paris! We were too full for dessert, so we will save that for our next visit! If you want to have a dinner you will never forget, seek out this hidden gem and pray that Frederico is working that night!

18/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, but we weren't disappointed. We had a wonderful dinner upstairs in this charmingly old-fashioned building. The portions were generous, and the staff were pleasant. A lovely time... a little escape from the everyday.
