04/11/2025: Excellent experience at this hotel school. The welcome was very warm, the rooms and bedding were comfortable, and the dining room, lounge, and bar were inviting. Very good value for money. A little patience is required with the staff in training, although they are very well supervised. The gourmet restaurant is worth a visit, with some dishes worthy of top-tier establishments. However, you need to allow plenty of time as the service can sometimes be slow. The hotel is far from the city center, but access is easy and parking is available. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

22/11/2025: Arriving in the snow, we received a warm welcome at this cozy and beautifully decorated little chalet: a truly delightful experience! We immediately felt at home. From the generous steak and fries to the wood-fired bread, not forgetting the coffee served in charming English cups… everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. We look forward to trying the desserts soon, which also looked incredibly tempting!

23/09/2025: The place is worth the detour. Located on a mountain road, much like bikers appreciate, the chalet is quite pleasant and well-suited for a tasty stop. For my part, I was craving red meat accompanied by an excellent Roquefort sauce. The dish is quite hearty, but that didn't stop me from continuing with dessert. Panna cotta with red fruit coulis to finish me off. A treat. I'll be back...

10/12/2025: A very good brasserie, the portions are generous, the food is tasty, they respect our requests, the menu is well presented, etc. In its category, it's a very good restaurant and definitely deserves its rating. However, the dishes are relatively basic; it's not exceptional cuisine, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. I recommend it :)

19/11/2025: A fantastic experience at Le Wind restaurant in Port-Louis. Sandrine welcomes her guests with genuine kindness and attentiveness that makes all the difference. The building is warm and inviting; you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive, and the service is truly delightful. A place you'll gladly return to.

Appalling welcome from a young waitress who told us there were no more seats (there were three of us) when it would have been so easy to push two tables of two together… The quality of the "Bistrot Régent" restaurants is declining sharply, and Mr. Vanhove should be concerned…

18/01/2026: A neighborhood bar I loved going to. Until they decided to ban dogs. Just like that, overnight, no sign, no mention of it on the website. A bit disappointed when you finally decide to go in and you're turned away at the door because your dog isn't allowed. It was a 3 kg dachshund, very fierce... The bar is still very nice, but now cute dachshunds are off-limits.

20/12/2025: We come here very often for their croque-monsieur. Always very good! Friendly atmosphere and always pleasant staff.

10/11/2025: The pizza is good and huge. However, the cream is not good, very thin, it's more like water than milk... The waiter is welcoming (the lady at the till is rather cold). The terrace is very pleasant.
